Housekeeping HOD Mrs Meena & team really made my daughter Jia's birthday memorable for Life time. The decoration of the kenopy was just lovely & the birthday wish note with real flowers 🌺 & every thing else brought a big smile on my daughter, Jia's face. Wonderful experience. Very delighted with the hospitality and behaviour of staffs.We are pleased by everyone who attained us during our stay .The manager named Asish was a such a humble ,softspoken and informative guy.So are the other hotel staffs like Erick,Raj,Bicky,Suman,Anjali,Abiram etc.

We stayed at Amaira Resort & Farms with our family, including our 14-year-old autistic son and my wife who has a mild back issue—and I must say, it was one of the most thoughtful and peaceful travel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They accommodated our son's needs beautifully—providing a quiet room, avoiding unnecessary noise or interaction, and allowing us to take our time during check-in and meals. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the hills. The environment was serene, perfect for someone with sensory sensitivity, and also for relaxation in general. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatment, which helped ease her back discomfort, and the staff at the spa were understanding and professional. Food was fresh, homemade, and the kitchen was happy to customize meals for our children. Dining in a calm and scenic setting made every meal a pleasure. The resort is well maintained, with safe parking and easy accessibility by road from Siliguri. It’s just far enough from the town to be quiet, but still close enough to enjoy spots like Sumendu Lake. We are so grateful to the entire team for their care and attention. This place is not just a destination—it’s a retreat. Highly recommended for families seeking peace, nature, and a bit of kindness.
