估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

Truly an amazing experience.. Really feel blessed to choose this premises during my stay at Darjeeling. The hotel-staff is really very humble, courteous and so pure-hearted... always ready to offer you "the best" in each and every way... The food is truly amazing and so heavenly and homely.. Restaurant Staff is really much beyond excellence... with so cozy and soothing ambience. The room services, view from the room is truly wonderful and exceptionally good. All types of infrastructural facilities are really very overwhelming.. Special mention to the wonderful services offered by the following staff of hotel: Ms. Anisha, Ms. Saprapti and Ms. Vansita. I am sorry.. unable to recall the names of the restaurant-staff.. All of them are really very dedicated and gentle providing the brilliant and truly superb services in each and every way. We reached the hotel after a long day of travelling and were looking to take a nice hot shower. However the water heater was not working that day. The staff were very helpful and suggested us that they would supply hot water buckets but this was not a practical solution to the problem as we were more comfortable with having a shower rather than taking pots of water from the bucket and bathing. The second day the same issue continued and it seemed and the temperature increased a bit to lukewarm but not enough for us as we wanted a higher temperature as available in other hotels in the and around the region but not at this hotel. It was really disappointing that till the end they were not able to fix this issue. Finally on the second evening without any alternative we requested for the buckets of water and had our baths which was sheerly out of necessity. In addition to this the heater would be switched off remotely at times and would be turned on "automatically" after we complained to their front desk. If you happen to wake up in the middle of the night to check your messages etc on Whatsapp you should not be surprised to see the Wifi turned off. We noticed this on two consecutive nights. The breakfast was great, staff were helpful especially the lady and the gentleman who brought us the buckets of hot water, special thanks to them. I had booked 2 nights through our tour operator and one additional night in a higher room class before coming here. Looking at the issues we asked the front desk that we were thinking of checking out after the two nights and wanted to be refunded. He said he will check with his manager and look at options of their other property in Darjeeling itself where he said there wouldn't be hot water issues etc, and will come back to me. He didn't come back and we did not have the energy to push it further with them as the weather was very cold and we did not want further hassles.

Stay at udaan himalayan resort darjeeling was fantastic the room were very well managed and clean, staff were very friendly and helping, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, highly recommend this hotel if visiting darjeeling

Excellent hotel with a modern decor and with a nice view (if you lucky and there is no fog). Everything as it should be in this category. Its about 10 min. walk from the center. Only veg. breakfast but with a good selection. Heating works, internet OK.

Udaan himalyan hotel services is very excellent and staff are very cooperative,Room services is fantastic. Restaurant food was also very tasty . Thanks to Front Desk team for making our stay very special and memorable. BIG SHOUT OUT to Mr. Saroj, Ms. Anisha, Ujjwal and Abhinay.
