It was a little last min booking for us and I really appreciate Vishal ji for helping us immensely..he ensured we could get an upgrade as I was travelling with 2 kids and my senior citizen parents…that was a superb start for us in Viceroy..thanks Vishal ji🙏🙏Following this was the commendable job by Mr Arindam Sen and the team for the food and services. Thanks Mr Sen for being kind and warm and honouring requests of tea at odd hours ..my parents loved it and that all that matters for me… However I have a BIG feedback for the management of the property and would like to mention that while amenities mentions parking on the websites, the way it is managed there real time doesn’t leave guests with a great experience..it is in one word DISASTER including the staff managing it ..I had a small incident there too….the only reason I am happy with Viceroy is Mr Sen and Vidhaji ..I would want to come back again…😊😊

The stay in Hotel Viceroy was memorable. Our comforts were well taken care off. Room facilities were good. Food was quite nice throughout. A special mention about Mr Arindam Sen, F&B Manager... he was smilingly supportive, courteously friendly and professionally efficient. Keep up the good work.

Stay was very funtastic. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Staff is very nice....& Co-operative. Mr Arvindam Sen has given us a family touch at the time of breakfast and dinner . Our group had the pleasure of staying at Viceroy Darjeeling from March 20th to 22nd, 2025, and we had a truly wonderful time. The hospitality was exceptional, and a special shout-out goes to Arindam Sen, the restaurant manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. After a long and tiring journey from Sikkim, several members of our group fell ill upon arrival. Arindam personally ensured that porridge was prepared for those who were unwell, showing a level of care and attention that is rare to find. His kindness and thoughtfulness were a standout feature of our stay, and we felt well taken care of during our time at the hotel. Arindam is truly an asset to Viceroy Darjeeling, and his exceptional service made a lasting impression on us. If you ever visit the hotel, make sure to meet Mr. Arindam Sen – his dedication to his guests is unparalleled.

Our stay at Viceroy Darjeeling was absolutely wonderful. The quality of rooms, the service and above the location is just impeccable. If you are looking for a stay near the Mall Road, Viceroy is the best option. Their restaurant is beautifully decorated and a special mention for Mr. Arindam Sen, who manages the restaurant excepttionally well. The food quality is awesome. And if you enjoy terrace, there is nonbetterboption that Viceroy. They have a beautiful terrace with a panaromic view of the Kanchenjunga range as well as the Darjeeling town. You can spend a whole day enjoying the view. Overall the experience at Viceroy was great and I would surely stay there the next time I am at Darjeeling.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Viceroy, Darjeeling Our stay at Hotel Viceroy in Darjeeling was truly memorable. The rooms were premium, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the mighty Kanchenjunga right from our room, making every moment special. The staff was incredibly polite, courteous, and always ready to assist, adding a warm touch to our stay. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the attic room with an incredible mountain view, both from the window and the terrace. The hotel is great in all aspects: cleanliness, amenities, customer service, comfort, and food. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Location is great as well - only 5 min walk from the Mall and a 15 min walk from the Darjeeling Railway Station.

Room was very cozy, clean and very spacious. The service was top notch, the food quality and the behavior of the staffs were just amazing. The property being near the mall is the cherry on the cake. Mr. Arindam Sen's behavior just made our day.

Awesome service. Especially the restaurant manager was exceptional. Close proximity to the mall, rooms with view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, tasty food and optimum room rates. Perfect hotel for families. I would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit India.
