Little scrupulous in their ways..our reservation experience was so bad and dubious..i had to make an alternate reservation in another place. Dont prebook and pay up..most likely that will not be valid. I made a book8ng through ***********. w Following that the property when contacted told me that the rate at which i booked is no longer valid and i have to pay higher rate. *********** has not intervened eother. So in simple terms..if you dont want to lose your money or spoil your vacation. Stay way

Strongly suggest do not stay in this property.. Stuff behavior is worst,, you will not water in toilet at any point of time, room is not clean. We have asked to share food menu card and due to same hotel stuff try to beat us. Hence, strongly suggest do not stay here.

I recently stayed 2 nights in Darjeeling Heights with my friends. I celebrated my Birthday. The rooms are cool and comfy. The owner is very friendly. The staff provide very good service. They cooked good food for us. I will remember this place and will stay here next time.
