Dart Marina Hotel and Spa

Fabulous birthday treat . From the minute we arrived everything was just lovely, apart from my husband only booking one night rather than the two nights planned. Melissa on reception couldn’t have been more calming, she told us not to worry and everything would be sorted in the morning. Amazingly it was! The hotel is situated a short walk from Dartmouth town Centre.

Disappointed. We have been spoilt by coming here over 25 years, different hotel owners, so hard not to compare the yearly visits. Rooms were nice although the staircase/lobby looking tired. Disappointed with the new restaurant, we were booked for 3 evenings but ate in town on 1 of those nights. I agree with other reviewers, tables too close together. Service was ok but some staff looked scruffy unfortunately. Shame swimming pool still closed, looking through the windows, don’t think it will ever reopen as it is still being used for storage. Maybe covering the windows would look better! Dartmouth will always have a place in my heart, as does Salcombe, just not sure we will return for fee years.

Fabulous hotel. The perfect location . Gorgeous room , wonderful staff. Luxurious setting but a home from home feel. The only place to stay in the area. Well worth the expensive price tag. Come here you won’t be disappointed. Well done Paul, Ali , Rhian , Hayley and Melissa.

My wife and I, accompanied by her brother and his wife spent New Years Eve at the Dart Marina Hotel and had a fabulously relaxed evening. This is a top quality hotel in a gorgeous location overlooking The Dart and there is a very relaxed ambiance to the location. What really makes this hotel special though are its staff. Everyone that we encountered , including receptionists, catering staff and porters, were super friendly, friendly and supportive, and they all went above and beyond in order to make our stay perfect. When my wife had an unfortunate accident that needed hospital attention, the staff all provided maximum support to help us. They are just remarkable people and we will never be able to thank them enough for their support. I really can’t wait to return to this hotel in the future. It has won our hearts!

We stayed at the Dart Marina with our Dog, i cant say enough great things about the place. The food was lovely, the staff were excellent and very friendly nothing was to much trouble and they were so good with our little dog. The room was clean with great views. I would like to mention Darren, a member of staff who was absolutely brilliant. Definitely recommend it.

Great stay here over the weekend, just what was needed (even with the bad weather). All the staff were friendly and helpful. Melissa was especially helpful on reception and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The food in the restaurant was fantastic from breakfast to our evening meal. We cannot wait to come back here.
