The day we were there they had a Sundae bar for families! $11.50 for the whole family, lots of happy faces for that!! Pool area could be bigger, gym was awesome!

Enjoyed our stay, only complaint I had was I was travelling with 3 kids, we waited to show up at the 3:00 check in time, upon check in at 3:15 they stated it would be another 20min or so for our room as it wasn’t ready yet. That was frustrating. However the gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and ended up finding us an available room that was ready.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants.

The pool is to small and the exit to the slide is right where u get out of the pool, my wife was hit by a kid coming off the slide, hit her in the head knocking her glasses off we are seniors, not impressed
Bathroom door does not stsy closed, slides open by itself. Rooms are ok but no safe

I was recently travelling for work and got stuck in the Halifax area due to a massive snow storm. I ended up with four nights at the Delta, Dartmouth. The room was comfortable, and clean, the food at the Resturant was excellent, and the staff was fantastic. They were very supportive of my last minute rebooking of my room every time my flight was cancelled and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

My sister and I visited for three nights in Jan/24. Every staff member we dealt with was courteous, welcoming, and informed. The property was kept very clean. I was attending training for work, and the food supplied each day was delicious and the serving staff attentive. Our room floor was quiet. Housekeeping staff friendly and non-intrusive. The beds were comfortable. Bath tub had a low rise which I liked. Suggest including a microwave in the rooms.

I think maybe the hottub was broken because a thick ring of scum kept appearing around the rim where hottub meets water but i know they were trying to fix it. Other than that everything was amazing and even the hot tub was wonderful really! My daughter and I did have a sepearate breakfast server the second day and he didnt come back to check on us one time after we got our food and I was so thirsty. The first day the service was TOP SHELF, thou!
