Rothko Museum Residences

This was our third and definitly our last stay here.The previous two stays were succesful, the last one was really unacceptable. The check in was easy, we had the same room as usual, it was clean and comfortable. At around midnight a group of youngsters started to gather under our windows and played very loud hiphop and bombom music and also continiously swore in Russian. As it was non stop for more than two hours and very loud we found at the info desk of the residences two telephone numbers of Mark Rorko security to call in case of emergency. This was emergency as it was not possible to sleep even with windows closed. Both security telephones were switched off and did accepte incoming calls!?.Finally at 02.15 a third party got envolved as we understood it was a local resident from the neigbourhood after loud arguments the naughty youngsters switched off the music and left the Mark Rorko center grounds. In the morning at 11 am we went to the Mark Rotko Center reception to pay for our stay and told them our bad night experience and sleepless night due to tresspassers on Mark Rotko Center territory. The Staff was not competent to answer why the indicated security phone numbers were switched off and was more interested to collect due amount than call more experienced staff to acknowledge the issue and how to act in future if such disturbance would take place again and would ruin the next guests night sleep and stay. So I can't recommend this place as it looks that in case of emergency there is no competent staff or security available and guests are left with noise, loud music at night and youngsters gang problem on Mark Rotko Center grounds on their own risk. Very disappointing indeed.

Muy buen , en todo sentido. Me encantó la comida, el ambiente y el equipo de entretenimiento. Me encanto el show wao no me deje de reir en ningun momento,Todo súper entretenido y a la vez tranquilo. Volvería una y mil veces.
