A quick visit for tea/coffee. A slightly peculiar place in feel and layout. But what a superb raised viewing platform/terrace at the rear overlooking a lake, railway line, and beautifully colourful goat-herders. An utterly charming place to spend any time. Excellent.

This place doesn't deserve even a single star. It's an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. I booked a stay here based on the promises listed on their own website – promises that turned out to be blatant lies. Upon arrival, the "complimentary services" advertised were nowhere to be found. When I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, they initially denied everything, then resorted to pathetic excuses and outright rudeness when I presented their own website as proof. The location is a complete trap - it's in the middle of absolutely nowhere, making you entirely dependent on their awful services. And "awful" is an understatement. The room service is a joke. They're rude, unhelpful, and seemingly allergic to providing basic amenities. I was refused extra cups and glasses, told they simply "didn't have any." The in-room consumables were shockingly poor quality – from the water to the shampoo, everything felt cheap and unpleasant. And forget about anything extra. They actually tried to give me a used comb, claiming it was "on call"! Absolutely disgusting! The staff are unbelievably small-minded and nickel-and-dime you for every single thing. It's clear they're desperately trying to squeeze every last rupee out of their guests. And the harassment didn't stop after I checked out! I've received multiple phone calls from the reception desk demanding more money for supposed "unpaid charges." They claim the owner is forcing them to do this – a clear indication of the predatory and dishonest management. This hotel is a rip-off, a captive nightmare, and an insult to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the potential financial exploitation – STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You'll thank me later.

Our stay for 3 nights was excellant overall, except that the TV in the room was not functional most of the time and had to report at the reception repeatedly but generally with no positive results. Otherwise everything else was fine

Very nice view and very good hospitality and very nice people and very good food. The rooms were very big and very neet and clean. they have very nice lake view also and I will love to visit again here🥰

We booked a package deal for 9k per night including taxes (Junior Suite). The room size is quite decent ***** with the furniture. Quite puzzling that it has kundi aka holdfast lock for every door including the bathroom! They are constructing a second property within the same premises which doesn't produce too much noise but does produce a lot of dust. Chand Baori is the only thing we planned our 3 night stay *****. It was fantastic. The food is the biggest letdown. The "organic tag" doesn't do any justice. Comprehend the following: INR 600 Curry INR 400 Steam Rice INR 400 French Fries 3/4 items for breakfast. Just plain greediness with dhaba style cooking! I mean come on, stop fleecing domestic tourists! There is no other decent place to eat for a 40 km radius. There is barely anything for kids to be entertained. On our third day we went to Devi Ratn which will be a Taj property from Jan 2025 to have lunch. With a 25% discount on Tata Neu card it was a lavish meal and cheaper than this place! I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The facility was very well maintained Very courteous staff Good organic food and tasty as well Rooms are spacious and well kept The activity area to play table tennis and snooker was not upto the mark, need to kept clean and dustfree, we could not use, the management should look into this aspect we would like to go again with more friends

We loved our stay at Umaid Palace. Truly a palace fit for royals. Also the food is other Worldly, take out some time and have their Pizza (they have a limited menu and that works really well). In lunch we had butter paneer which was finger licking good.

In spite of the fact that we were only guests for 5/6 hours to refresh ourselves from a long night train trip from Ludhiana to Dausa, we were treated as permanent guests, were accommodated in a large and perfectly equipped room, had an excellent breakfast which allows us to continue our journey in the best condition, in particular to visit the Fort of Banghahr and the extraordinary and unique stepwell of Chand Daori, both sites being nearby. We very much regretted to spend such a short moment in this hotel, as we would have certainly very much enjoyed to fully benefit from the amenities of Umaid Palace. We have to stress the extreme helpfulness of the staff in general, but the breakfast team is particularly to be commended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back and stay longer.

Horrible Staff not at all trust them not verbally nor even their email communication , they turn by their words and email communication under the excuse of assumptions . Mr. Dhanajay Singh is such a nonsense person does not know how to talk and what to talk, arrogance and attitude issues . He is a termite to your organization will surly make your company collapse one day .

We decided to stop over at Umaid lake palace on our way to Ranthambore. It’s close to Abhaneri stepwell (which itself is awesome and worth visiting!). It’s a hidden gem with vast lawns, pool and badminton-volleyball courts. Food spread was basic but fresh and excellent in taste. Vikas at the front office and Hazari at the restaurant were great and took good care of us. Unluckily, we had some rowdy neighbors that caused issues to the hotel management, but I was happy with the professionalism and transparency of the staff. Keep up the good work.
