The owner was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Prime location near key attractions, perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Excellent value for money—highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

My husband and I went on a business trip to Davao for a day to meet a supplier. We rushed to find a place to stay and came across Lian's Haven here on Trip. We booked it straight away. We didn't expect much from the place since we booked the room in a hurry, but lo and behold, the place is amazing! The host is very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we need assistance. The place offers more value than the price you pay, and my husband and I are beyond satisfied. We will surely book again. Highly recommended!

This is not a hotel it is a personal condo being rented by someone trying to make a profit. It is a terrible location and the owners didn’t provide enough guidance and direction. I do not recommend it.
