The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!

This hotel would be good for holiday travelers looking for clean, basic accommodations. But it is not ideal for business travelers. The internet connection in the rooms is intermittent and a bit weak. The noise of traffic & the outside filters into the rooms. The amenities listed in the booking sites are not present such as hair dryers, bathrobes etc. The curtains are not blackout as listed. There is no free bottled water for guests. Some of the rooms, such as my colleague's room did not have a working hot shower and ventilation was poor. The hotel though is clean and the location is near the center of the city.

That was an awesome resort experience... Together with my Friends from Gaisano Capital Group of companies. The resort was clean, I like their food, very accommodating resort staff and highly recommend for family & friends Please be responsible Ka laagang Alom

The hotel looks nice from outside and staff were moderately welcoming on arrival. I am sorry to say everything after that went downhill! The list is too long to mention everything, my main complaint is the staff are totally incompetent. After checking in went to the room and the door would not open had to go to reception and use the manual overide key for the electronic lock. Once inside the room found the bathroom door locked from the inside and had to have a visit from maintenance to fix it. No bottled drinking water in the room! dirty linen left outside the room. Breakfast in the morning is poor and does not include juice and coffee! if you have juice you have to pay extra for a coffee and the wait 15 mins for any change. The room itself is okay and air con works but everything else is a nightmare, booked for 2 nights and paid 120Euro so not cheap, left after 1 night didn't ask for a refund just glad to escape.
