Im so disappointed for this hotel they don’t have elevator you use only stairs if you have luggage its so difficult if you know about of this hotel you don’t want to book again not really good for travel and the economy room don’t have toilet inside the room you use the outside toilet this is my 1st time encounter the hotel like this im very so disappointed

Poor service . Die not even refund my money though I was not able to check in because the booking is wrong since I am In Tacloban and they did not even consider it that is why I have no place to stay that time in Tacloban because they will not help me refunding my money which is obviously too far because their napsule us in Davao and I am in Tacloban. Ridiculous service that they did not even refunded my money and just get it without me not able ro check in due to the distance and location

We had good time this accommodation! It was comfortable place and convenient for accessing abreeza and restaurants. Drinking water is free:) we’re gonna stay here next time.

It was a very nice location, and they accommodated my late arrival.

they give me a room with out window, no exhausted fan. the room was not tidy up. no rubbish bin inside the room. they should separate the rubbish bin in the room and the toilet. and the worse is their toilet is very smelly. the shower is not working everything for me is not good. they have a wifi but you need to go the information desk to ask the password.

Value for money and the staff was very warm. Slept like a baby in this place.

It was nice staying there and also there's a convenience store downstairs. It is located just within the city and malls are just near. The room is clean and also cheaper than others.

Just an average accomodation but staff were super friendly.

This hostel is very accessible. It has a convenience store below so that is a plus. It’s also walking distance from Abreeza Mall. When I go back to Davao, I would definitely book this again.

The place is quite, near Abreeza mall and Airport, few minutes to the downtown.
