The room was spaciois, comfy bed and extra pillows readily available. Location was also nice. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Courteous guards. Gym was great However, the front desk officer made a mistake for giving us a room not yet available so waited for an extra minute in thw hallway to change our room. It seems ur request whwn booking was not read. Need a deep cleanijg and brushing in the shower area Presence of molds in the floor was quite evident. Overall, still recommendable.

Super good location!!! Walking distance to sm Lanang, 15min drive to the airport. Staffs are very nice, 3rd flr chinese resto good food as well Only the room supplies such as toothbrush , towel etc… just so so

Clean and good location .

Hotel staff are very accommodating. Some bathroom items are lacking and have to be requested first if you need them. Medical service is quick. Breakfast options are limited. Arrozcaldo (Chicken congee) is cold, and reheating needs to be requested. Bacon is limited and has to be requested. BEWARE of the ice cream - not part of breakfast you paid; you'll pay extra if you get some.

Dated facilities and rooms. Not enough towels, toiletries available. Staff at the buffet were attentive though.

Clean and nice hotel! Located 15mins away from Davao international/domestic airport! SM Lanang Mall is just a 7mins walk away. There's a UCC cafe just across the road.

For the room i reserved for my brother-in law and my sister, it took so many calls before they got in to the room just to ask to let them in already. I cannot imagine, they ask customers to check-out 12nn and until 3pm the housekeeping staff were not done on cleaning. For 3 hours, they will only clean for a one room? So poor!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, where the warm and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. We were given a room on a floor where they were doing some renovations I believe cause it smelled strongly of thinner. You should not do that next time, least they can do is give a room on a different floor. I did report it but nothing was done. Cleanliness was good. Buffet breakfast was really good. My kind of breakfast. Service was good. Although our room was not really prepared based on out booking cause we booked for 3 people but then everything inside the room was just for 2., I still had to request for lacking ones which took them a really long time to deliver as well. 😅

Great hotel, had a very good time, very welcoming staff. Only thing I can criticise is how much the breakfast is but it was very good. I recommend this hotel for everyone.
