Stayed Oct 5th. Tatum at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING. She was upfront with us that rooms were delayed just a bit for check-in. We had an issue with the A/C in room, she tried a couple options and ultimately moved us to a different room even offering to help move luggage and then when we realized we had misplaced car keys went to the original room to look for them. She did all this with a smile and politeness while also helping others at front desk. *we haven't completed our stay but I'm wanting to get my review out there!!

I love this hotel! The staff is extremely friendly, and it is super clean! The breakfast was amazing with a ton of options. The social is such a good amenity with the complimentary food, beer and wine! The fact that there is free laundry was definitely a huge plus!

This hotel is in a good location with plenty of retail close by including restaurants, brewery, coffee, Costco and grocery shopping. It's very well managed with excellent amenities: indoor pool and hot tub, gym and outdoor pavilion with fire ring, BBQ grill and nice seating with tables. Michelle kept our room clean and tidy. The room has all the kitchen you'll need for a long weekend or extended stay. Myrna served up a wonderful breakfast with the best coffee I've had from a hotel. They even offer a complimentary social hour during the work week with beer and wine!

Had an amazing stay! The staff is so friendly. The breakfast is great. Loved the evening social. The room was so spacious and clean. They even have a pool and hot tub! This hotel was the perfect fit for our trip! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

First of all, I like this hotel but one issue is just unforgivable to me. No hot water. This has happened before here. No hot water sucks. I meant the water was barely warm. To turn the heat down to save money is ridiculous. I just won't come back now. 2 strikes.

I wish I could rate this facility 10 stars, perhaps THE BEST hotel experience I've had in the past 50 years. My 99 year old mother passed away and we stayed here for her funeral. Not only did they allow us to check in at 1:00, they also allowed us to check out at 2pm the following day! Staff couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. On top of all that, my bill was 25% less than what I expected to pay!!!!

I gave this place a 2 on Staybridge standards. It all started when we walked in the room and it was 46 degrees. Someone had left the window open. Our remote only had one battery, my allergies totally acted up, must have mold and dust mites. We were given a room with a connecting door. Their tv was so loud it sounded like they were watching it in here. I always book the top floor so I can’t hear people stomping around. I still could hear people and had to sleep with my fan app on. I dislike that breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 on weekends. The first day, they had no muffins or waffles and the lady working was so rude. We couldn’t even make breakfast the second day as we had to leave. Also, another weird thing is that someone came and emptied the bathroom garbage, but that was it. Nothing else was done. This is my third Staybridge Suites stay in 6 weeks and by far the worst. I am second guessing booking this chain again.

We stopped here while driving from Maine to Montana and were exhausted. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay, which we did not get. The a/c in our first floor room did not work (it was 99 degrees) so we moved to a new room on the 4th floor. The first room was worn and not very clean plus we found a fish hook on the floor which could have injured us or one of our dogs. The second room had hair and stains on the sheets, the tub was full of dirty rags and was covered in brown filth, the sink and counter were covered in hair, and the room had obviously not been dusted in some time. We understood they were very busy so I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. We checked in around 4 and were not able to relax until around 11:30. Evening staff person was very kind but based on how many issues we had, I would have expected to be offered some sort of compensation. Breakfast was relatively good, but not enough to bring us back. I would not recommend.

Arrived at the hotel to find out my reservation had been changed without my approval or proper notification. I'm an IHG rewards member, so they have multiple ways of contacting me. I never received an email or text telling me they were downgrading me from the specific room I reserved. Had I known ahead of time that the room I reserved was not available, I would've stayed at another hotel. Instead, I was downgraded from a 2 bedroom suite to a studio king. Management's response, we can do what we want. No compensation for Staybridge's mistake and I had to pay the same amount for a lessor room! This will be the last time I stay at an IHG affiliated hotel. The last IHG hotel I stayed in outside KC had dead bugs all over the floor and now this!
