Friendly and kind staff, well located, good option for renting all the gear for skiing, clean facilities and good restaurant options too.

這家酒店住了沒有十次也有七八次 每年瑞士滑雪都在同一家酒店 所以也認識很多工作人員 每個人都很友善 酒店的設施和配套都很棒 唯獨不足之處是餐廳太一般 這麼多年也沒有進步

酒店服務費很不錯 房間很難過 停車位很多人 早餐很豐盛 景色還可以 值得你來這裏 酒店價格比較貴

AlpenGold Hotel has everything you want to experience Davos at its best. Amazing service and ambiance. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We use to stay there around the Valentines day and visit the Art on Ice Show. It’s like a small tradition. Around the reception service you feel it is a hotel what is used for training. But everything was fine in general.

For some may be an ecological monster in the middle of the Alps of renowned Davos. It’s indeed a beautiful destination, with spa and lots of perks and attention that made a luxurious destination. Little things you’d expect work at this level.

To start with a negative point: I booked the hotel via the IHG website, and received confirmation Diamond membership advantages are provided (but not the points). I would normally receive free breakfast, but the hotel refused as the collaboration with IGH stopped... years ago. But they keep the link to attract customers. This type of marketing tricks is not what I expect from a hotel in this price range! Apart from that: the hotel itself is very nice, I like the design of the building itself, that does not only look elegant for such a huge building, but keeps an eye on the practical aspects: I think all rooms have view to the valley (very nice, as the view changes very often due to clouds coming in, snow,....), the balcony is big, and offers almost 100% privacy as well (your neighbours can 'peek' around the corner),... The rooms are clean, big, very comfortable beds,.. Breakfast is good, but I expected more fresh fruit (you have some, but rather limited). Service is very fast and very friendly. The hotel also has an underground parking, parking spaces are big, well illuminated, ... only remark here is that the entrance gate is rather small.

I have enjoyed my stay very much! The staff always made sure I was accomodated and i wasn't missing anything at all! Very kind, professional and friendly! Truly felt like a home!

AlpenGold Davos overlooking the valley and down to Davos is a peaceful environment with a beautiful modern design with alpine touches. I went for business but they had great family options too, I was jealous of that adventure play ground.

We stayed four nights and were again very pleased with the service and overall quality. We could use the bus shuttle into town in order to meet the bus or train in time to our hiking destination.
