這家酒店住了沒有十次也有七八次 每年瑞士滑雪都在同一家酒店 所以也認識很多工作人員 每個人都很友善 酒店的設施和配套都很棒 唯獨不足之處是餐廳太一般 這麼多年也沒有進步

For some may be an ecological monster in the middle of the Alps of renowned Davos. It’s indeed a beautiful destination, with spa and lots of perks and attention that made a luxurious destination. Little things you’d expect work at this level.

To start with a negative point: I booked the hotel via the IHG website, and received confirmation Diamond membership advantages are provided (but not the points). I would normally receive free breakfast, but the hotel refused as the collaboration with IGH stopped... years ago. But they keep the link to attract customers. This type of marketing tricks is not what I expect from a hotel in this price range! Apart from that: the hotel itself is very nice, I like the design of the building itself, that does not only look elegant for such a huge building, but keeps an eye on the practical aspects: I think all rooms have view to the valley (very nice, as the view changes very often due to clouds coming in, snow,....), the balcony is big, and offers almost 100% privacy as well (your neighbours can 'peek' around the corner),... The rooms are clean, big, very comfortable beds,.. Breakfast is good, but I expected more fresh fruit (you have some, but rather limited). Service is very fast and very friendly. The hotel also has an underground parking, parking spaces are big, well illuminated, ... only remark here is that the entrance gate is rather small.

I have enjoyed my stay very much! The staff always made sure I was accomodated and i wasn't missing anything at all! Very kind, professional and friendly! Truly felt like a home!

AlpenGold Davos overlooking the valley and down to Davos is a peaceful environment with a beautiful modern design with alpine touches. I went for business but they had great family options too, I was jealous of that adventure play ground.

We stayed four nights and were again very pleased with the service and overall quality. We could use the bus shuttle into town in order to meet the bus or train in time to our hiking destination.

- Unfortunately, the conference facilities were not clean. The floor was dirty, and there were empty bottles and trash lying around. It's possible that an event had taken place recently, but for a sales pitch, it should have been ensured that everything was in top condition. Alternatively, we should have been informed that an event had just ended and there wasn't enough time to tidy up. - The staff almost exclusively spoke English, which is disappointing for a swiss mountain region. - The bar closes very early. When we wanted to place a last order (1 Vodka Tonic), we were told to order through room service, which I did. However, room service informed us that no drinks were available for order, but pizza was an option. This is unacceptable; one department says to order through room service, and then room service says it's no longer possible. - We were told that breakfast was available until 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the breakfast room at 10:15 AM, we were told to hurry up as they would be closing the restaurant at 10:30 AM. We felt rushed, which was not a pleasant experience.

The hotel is amazing from all aspects. The location is nice and the view is beautiful. They have children indoor play ground with supervision option which makes it good hotel for families with kids. The only negative comment I have is the in-room dining which they don't have options and after 10 PM they only serve pizza (nothing else). In addition, not many options of restaurants within the hotel. Only one for food and other for coffee, snack and bar. So if you need a meal, you have to go outside the hotel.

We love the hotel and stayed in here more than 15 times. The rooms are beautiful and cosy. The point is we come here to enjoy the pool and the Spa area and relax from the busy working weeks and there is no even a warm tea which is minimum and it used to be here. I have to mention this as I am a bit disappointed and still thirsty for the price over 1K.

We have had a very nice stay over the weekend. Rooms are marvelous. Our stay was outside of the main season, so probably not fully booked. Very quiet, a little bit outside of the town.
