Kongress Hotel Davos

Great hotel, friendly professional service and best place to stay, especially if you have an event in the city! We had Davos Communications Summit in the Congress Center and were very happy to stay in the hotel and to see the very high professionalism if the team!

Perfect location for anybody attending a meeting at the Davos Kongress Centre. The hotel features comfortable spotless rooms that are quiet and overlook either the Promenade or the mountains to the east. The bathrooms are excellent- modern good quality fittings and very clean (of course.) Pleasant dining room with good beakfast (wonderful bread) and dinner all with excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus stops just outside the front door.The hotel provides a guest card with entitlement to free travel. Parsennbahn lift only a short ( 3 min ) ride away. Free Wi Fi in room. In conclusion: firmly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a conference last week. Location: Right in the middle of Promenade. Easy to get everywhere. Cabs are expensive so take bus no. 1, 2 , 3 or 7 from outside Davos Dorf. Bust stop is right outside the hotel. Upon check-in, everyone is given a free guest card which entitles you to free travel on buses and upto 20% discount on lifts. Staff: Good, polite Rooms: Room no. 207. Very spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony with nice views of the mountains. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but clean. Turn down service in the evenings is a nice touch. Breakfast: Good variety - cheese, breads, crossoints, cereal, cold meats, scrabled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, yogurt etc. You can have an omellete made right in front of you with your choice of fillings. Dinner: Dinner was nice and the set menu is reasonably priced but hardly anyone seems to have dinner in the hotel I would love to stay here again.

UNACCEPTABLE STAY AT KONGRESS HOTEL DAVOS Unacceptable Experience at Kongress Hotel Davos Our stay at Kongress Hotel Davos was unacceptable. As frequent guests at 4- and 5-star hotels, we expect high standards, but this experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, but after a day of skiing, the situation became unbearable. We wanted to leave the first night but had to wait for a manager in the morning. · No service was provided. Both restaurants were closed at 18:00, with no café or room service available. · The hallways were chaotic, with intoxicated guests screaming and blocking corridors with a baggage trolley all night, raising serious security concerns. · The room was poorly maintained—dirty carpet, weak shower pressure, and thin, low-quality towels. Water leaked from the shower, flooding the floor. · The toilet paper holder was broken. The small window made the room feel claustrophobic. · The in-room iPad service system did not work, and staff dismissively told us, “Too bad.” · A receptionist shockingly stated that Davos is “not a good place” with “nothing to do” and “nowhere to eat.” · The bed was uncomfortably hard, and when we sought assistance, staff refused to help. This was one of our worst hotel experiences ☹️

Fumbled the ball leading to a lower score Hotel was super convenient for the Davos congress centre, comfortable, clean, with a good buffet breakfast The only reason it loss a star was the TV was not tuned, remote didn’t work and thus was no use and it took two requests on two days to get it fixed.

Mould in the bathroom above the shower rose, 2 very flat pillows and 2 smaller pillows per room, no tea or coffee machine in the room per the cost of the room very sad
