This is my second time in this hotel and I love it. I chose it because it's opposite the Parsenn lift. It couldn't be more convenient; the hotel has a deal with the ski hire shop opposite and it's the easiest hire I've ever had - they also store your equipment overnight- service is excellent in there - then you're straight on the lift up the mountain. The hotel bar is also the place to go for apres ski. The hotel is family run and the staff are absolutely lovely - all of them! Breakfast is an absolute highlight with local produce.

Amazing experience for our family stay. Comfortable and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this hotel, which is just a few steps from Parsenn Bahn. Has a nice ski room with enough space for skis and boots. Every afternoon, they served us a warm soup and some cakes, coffee/tea in a cosy room with a fire place next to the reception (this was complimentary). Hope to visit again soon.

I'm always a little nervous when recommending a hotel to friends. Moreso when I am leading a bunch of friends on a trip. But the Parsenn was as amazing as depicted on their website and in review sites. The service from ALL of the staff was excellent - very professional and in the couple of times we had more dire needs (like finding out I had left my key in the room AFTER the front desk was closed for the night), they responded promptly and quickly to take care of us! Additionally, they were of great help with some of the planning before we even arrived in Switzerland. The rooms were the perfect mix of classic Swiss Alpine decor plus modern amenities (USB ports, ample electric outlets, etc). Definitely will be our first choice for future visits to Davos. The breakfast buffet was a bit smaller for options than expected from previous trips to the Alps, but was still delicious. For those of you who are monolingual and only speak English, this is NOT a problem at all as EVERYONE we interacted with spoke English.

Such a cute place! Staff is nice, decor is on point, convenient location, easy parking, comfortable and clean rooms. The balconies are also super clutch. Its nice having the bar next door as well. The breakfast is delicious and filling. Will definitely stay here again!

The service at the hotel is exceptional. We needed several restaurant bookings changed, and they were all taken care of. Champagne and white wine in a cozy little cubby lounge was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. The location is perfect, across the street from the Parsenn cabletrain up the mountain. Ski rentals are also across the street. The breakfast is great. At one point , our room was too cold. A room heater was quickly delivered, and we were comfortable for the rest of the stay . The staff at this hotel is exceptional.

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our 10 year old daughter. It is a great spot, and we would highly recommend! The location can't be beat- it is across the street from the entrance to the funicular bringing you to Parsenn (Parsennbahn). There is a ski room near the entrance of the hotel where you can leave your equipment. There's also a bar attached which is quite lively for après-ski, if that is of interest. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful ,and the breakfast was very good. They served fresh homemade soup around 4pm in the lobby which was delicious, and a very nice touch that you can't get in all hotels (including big hotel chains!). The hotel is in traditional Swiss style, very charming. Our room was very clean and the bathroom renovated. Parking is always a challenge in Davos, but we were able to park in one of the hotel's spots onsite for 10 CHF/day, which make logistics very easy. The price is very reasonable for Davos in ski season, and represents excellent value for your money. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Enjoy!

Naast parkje en tegenover skilift in 2020 gerenoveerd hotel. Voortreffelijke leiding en personeel. Mooie kamers (enkele wat klein) en goede bedden. Goede maaltijden in sfeervolle restarants. Mooie bar. Echte aanbeveling in stad Davos

Wir waren positiv überrascht vom Hotel (es war eines der wenigen noch nach Ostern geöffneten Hotels): sehr schöne Parsenn-Suite (im 1. OG mit Blick Richtung Parsenn, schickes Design, super Matratzen, Badewanne im Zimmer, separate Dusche+WC, Minibar inklusive, Nespressomaschine, Kissenmenü), bei Rezeption gratis Kaffee-/Getränkeecke, tolles Frühstücksbuffet (leider nur bis 10 Uhr) inkl. Eierspeisen, Skikeller mit abschliessbaren Fächern pro Zimmer. Es gibt ein paar Aussenparkplätze rechts vom Hotel (10 Fr./Nacht).

Albergo in posizione centrale e raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È molto comodo come base per le tante escursioni che offre la regione di Davos. Personale professionale e gentile. Camera molto confortevole, spaziosa e con molto stile. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. L'unica miglioria che mi viene in mente potrebbe essere la sostituzione delle chiavi fisiche con quelle elettroniche.
