clean and tidy, but a bit pricey for just simply a bed overnight

AVOID..... The worst nights sleep ever. This hotel has no air conditioning which didn't overly put me off. I made sure I packed a big fan to help keep us cool. However, the room temperature was 40'c ALL night. I booked 2 family rooms and we were on the top floor. One fan supplied in room and it was broken. The rooms never cooled at all overnight. We couldn't wait to leave. A little walk into the car park (to stem the flow of sweat!) We noticed and spoke to others who had retreated to their cars as they couldnt handle the heat in the rooms. And to top it off if you don't have a good night's sleep the heat of the room is not covered in their 'Good night Guarantee'. This is not a one night problem this would be a problem all summer so DON'T BOOK HERE unless you're not bothered about sleep or sweating!

The room was small, The staff we met were very nice. The hotel was clean and quiet considering the rooms were so close. The bed was comfortable the only problem was the sofa which took place for the second bed, I wouldnt have appreciated sleeping on it.

Breakfast was amazing! From a range of all you can eat: toast, pancakes, cereal fresh fruit and more to the unlimited juices and coffee machine. The food comes very hot, fresh and filling. Very friendly and inviting by all other guest and especially the staff. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thankyou.

I can’t fault the staff at all, very friendly upon checking in and check out. The rooms are getting very dated and on the ground floor and a bit dark. The room was mostly clean but the radiator that had been provided had seen better days and the sink and the bath took ages to drain properly. I stay here periodically when visiting family due to its location however it isn’t one of the best premier inns and would benefit with some modernisation.
