We just finished a week at Tropic Shores and could not be any more pleased. The room was clean and it had everything you needed for a stay. It really felt like home. We did bring our Ninja Grill and firestick but we could have survived without it. The staff was welcoming and they make it easy to join in all of the activities. We signed up for the $5 taco meal for lunch on Wednesday and I wish we had done more of the meals. We knew going in that the pool deck was still closed from the storm so we used the beach to make up for it. There are several restaurants close by and it’s a really great area. I hope we can go back again.

Great location and lovely living rooms. Fully stocked kitchens and the entire place is squeaky clean. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and informative. Pool and hot tub getting renovated due to storms, but not an issue in cold January. It close to restaurants and the airport - and any Daytona events if that's your intent. Parking on premise never an issue. Beachfront is directly in front of you (lovely sunrise) and city view out your bedroom. Exceptional spot for weary traveler...

Great location and view from every room. Two bed room units seem to have multiple balconies with rap around views. Older facility with maintenance issues. Laundry in basement OK.. Pool seems to have been closed since hurricane. There is a county life guard next to building. Overall average beach timeshare. Beds are firm and small. There are a lot of activities. Two unusually nice things are beach stuff left out to use and a scale by the front door so you and weigh your luggage.

Upgrades needed in appliances and furniture, floors not cleaned as should be required. Pool area damaged two years ago so no access allowed to access the beach from there either. Must go around the building - that’s ok but there is no indication that a pool will be finished within the near future this coming year, either.

Nice area! Fishing opportunities abound! Pool/hot tub not operating, no probs, it's December...Nice staff/Nice room. Overall happy to visit there for 1 week!

A friendly and comfortable resort. The staff was professional and helpful from the desk, activities, meals and housekeeping. The beach is smaller than it used to be, so the experience is different in that you are literally at the water's edge. Which I enjoyed. You should look for a sandy tan building now, it is no longer white.

This place is our favorite! Such a wonderful staff, great accommodations and a perfect location. We've been coming here for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. We hope to be back many times to enjoy. The beach is perfect and so relaxing!

Great Service! Went right after Hurricane Milton and the staff was completing finishing touches to clean up. They were professional and courteous going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this resort. Will return in the spring, we were so pleased.

The weather was not great. Because of the tide and high winds, you could not walk on the beach. Even if you could there is nothing to look at, either high sea walls or a rough ocean. The staff was very friendly.
