The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

I do not recommend under any circumstances, I booked a room with a private pool, the pool was broken, full of garbage, bird droppings and black mold at the bottom, not suitable for use at all. The floor in the balcony was broken. There was no cold water in the pipes so it was not possible to flush the toilet or take a shower. Dining room meals were disappointing and gave us diarrhea. The manager on duty I spoke with was impatient and antagonistic, we felt that no one in charge cared enough about the faults we reported because they were not addressed. I received a refund for the pool but was not adequately compensated for the heartache. I could easily find a room without a pool for half the price they charged me in any other hotel in the area. After we left the hotel management offered a fifty percent discount on my next stay with them, a ridiculous offer. I explained to them that I am not going to spend any more of my money with them until they compensate me adequately for this nightmare called vacation.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life and I’m not exaggerating. They didn’t have the basic necessities in the rooms like described here (hotel shoes, shampoo, water to drink!!! , ..) . We were so thirsty at night so we called the hotel lobby reception to ask for water since we never had them in the room, but they told us to walk to them in the middle of the night to drink from the cooler and insinuated it was our fault for not noticing there wasn’t water before. When we expressed our disappointment upon check out, the clerk didn’t really care and said too bad the manager wasn’t there. Besides all that I wish I researched before hand cause all the reviews on here would have stopped me from funding a low standard place like this it’s not worth it at all!!!

A few years ago this hotel was one of the best hotels in Ein Bokek. But not anymore. First of all, the room 931 that I booked needs renovation. The furniture needs to be replaced a long time ago. There was only one glass goblet for two people. When I asked for a glass, they brought me disposable cups. The robes were not fresh. The ceramic tiles in the pool need to be updated. The pool handrails are loose. And most importantly, the lock to the front door was broken, and strangers came into my room twice in two days. After my request, the door was repaired, but this should have been done before settling the guests, and not wait until someone came with a complaint. I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend to come to Milos hotel before it will be renovated.

The facility which is billed as a 5 star luxury experience is far from. It very basic at best. Too small for the number of people there. The showers are not that clean and very little space or privacy for getting dressed. The lunch was cafeteria style & quality. We will not return

Went here for a day trip to the spa and to use the facilities / beach. The highlight was the massages, which the Mrs and I agree were the best we have had in Israel. Everything else was generally a miss- the changing rooms were run down, there weren’t enough lounges around the pool, the pool restaurant didn’t open until 11:30 and the inside restaurants later than that. The beach is a public beach, but the “Dead Sea” in En Bokek is really a flooded salt flat which is exceptionally rough on one’s feet.

Hotel is very nice and because of the open plan you don't have that closed in feeling of hallways and elevators. A few steps from the beach. Friendly staff. The food is OK, and basically what you'd expect from a hotel. A few years ago the food was exceptional, but I think they intentionally modified the style so it's fine, just not a differentiator anymore. It is basically clean, but a bit laid back in terms of maintenance. I most likely would choose them yet again but would pass on dinner even though there isn't a lot of choice in the area for meals. The sulfer and Dead Sea water pools are good and make it a match anytime of year.

We stayed for one night and it was an amazing experience. Dalia, the front desk manager was very kind and attentive and made sure that we had an excellent experience. The spa offered really good massages and our overall experience was incredible. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall the hotel is beautiful. We are will waiting for a refund on moldy food that was ordered from room service. I dealt with the manager dimA as soon as it happened . ill take down review and picture once a refund is placed. Not only was the situation not dealt with we are waiting on refund . Thank you

I had a very bad experience during my stay here.I loss some cash inside their premises.It was a lesson learned to me.To be mindful and secure my personal belongings all the time.The staff were not helpful and not polite or not friendly at all.None of them greeted you a simple "Good morning compared to hotel that I stayed before.It was difficult to get a good sleep at night because the aircon was so noisy.Poor room maintenance.My first stay and very sure will be the last.
