The worst hotel in the world they have roaches and bed bugs and they don’t give refunds they need to be shut down and a inspector need to go there. No way I could leave with a bug infestation 🤬💯💯💯

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BOOK HERE. This place is in an extremely poor state, no maintenance has been done, and the rooms are absolutely gross. We walked into our room and decided to leave right away. The headboard had drips and dirt, the toilet was not cleaned, the sink had hair on it, and the room smelled like cigarettes. Who knows when was the last time the room was cleaned. Spare yourself from catching something from staying here. I do not even know how a place like this is allowed to operate. Look elsewhere, spend the extra money, be safe.

HORRIBLE STAY!! My husband and his mother booked here for one night.. when they got to their room there was bugs in the shower and between the shower curtains and dirty linens on the bed. They went to the desk to leave and ask for a refund as they were not going to stay, no refund was offered and no credit was given. Would not recommend this hotel!!

My room was clean sheets and towels fresh, I had good sleep, I enjoy my stay and have a good times with my friends we went to the ****** and enjoyed in Downtown is beautiful have a lot restaurants, I recommend it!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Our room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. Wires hanging out of the lock on the door. They have no useable electrical plugs. The sheets were dirty and there is evidence of BUGS on the mattress!! (See attached photos). We were told they had no other rooms available, but the website said plenty were available. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and after arguing with the very rude man at the desk for 20 minutes) we left 30 minutes after checking in (FYI.. we found out later, their policy is that NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 MINUTES PAST CHECK IN). They are refusing to refund any of my money, even though we never stayed there. I was told to call on Monday to speak with the manager, Ahmed. I have called 7 times and he will not get on the phone with me. We filed complaints with the BBB, the health department and the Michigan State Board of Hotel Management. UPDATE: If you have been scammed by this disgusting hotel, call your bank. I had proof of 15 total calls and the photos, so my bank refunded me the full amount. They are now dealing with the hotel’s bank directly to recoup the money.

This place was straight out of a scene from Taken! How places like this exists in America is beyond me! The entire place reeked of cigarettes, the music blaring from the rooms and the roaches that ran out from under the bed as soon as we turned the lights on was beyond disturbing. We left before the engine in our vehicle was cold. As I waited for my husband to get our refund there were literally girls staring down from the windows at me!!! Don't ever trust Priceline reviews!!

I stayed at this hotel on July 15th and left early the next morning. My room was infested with Roaches, the tolite did not have a seat, the television didn't work. The air conditioning blew hot air. I reported all of these issues to the front desk staff immediately. I was told by the front desk staff that the General Manager would speak with me on Monday July 17, but I wasn't contacted. I called the hotel on July 18th to ask for the GM. The person answered the call, wouldn't give me his name and said the Gm would call me back only if he wanted to. The person answering my call told me to "have fun" when I told him I'm writing a review. I didn't ask for a full refund. My main concern was that the management was made aware of the very substandard condition of my room. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place. It's evident they don't care about their guests....

Friendly stuff controllable bed, clean room, convenient area a lot stores and restaurants , I have nice stay and enjoy, secure area, and always stay in this hotel I and have free Parking I really recommend!

There was no place to hang clothes. Refrigerator did not work in room 412. The hallway on 4 was filthy for all three days that we were there. There were nodrinking cups, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no bath rug or extra towels, and no radio or clock. There was only one waste basket. There should be a second one in the bathroom. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there should be more pillows on a king bed. The price was good. The hotel was good enough in a pinch, when nothing affordable in Detroit was available. On the main drag, and close to restaurants.
