I recently had an extremely disappointing experience staying at a hotel and i feel compelled to share my feedback to prevent others from encountering similar issues. During my stay, i encountered multiple problems that made my experience far from enjoyable. Firstly, despite being promised complimentary early check-in, i was charged for it. This was a clear breach of trust and a deceptive practice. Furthermore, the room lacked proper lighting, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low, with the room being dirty and poorly maintained. To add to my frustration, the hotel's false commitments regarding compensation were particularly infuriating. I was told that complimentary services would be provided to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, i was overcharged rs 130 for a cup of coffee. This kind of dishonesty and overcharging is unacceptable. Given the subpar experience i had, i kindly request a refund for the early check-in charges and the overpriced coffee. It is only fair that i am reimbursed for these unnecessary expenses, considering the false promises and poor service i encountered.
