Visited on a short personal visit with family and especially young kids. stay was comfortable and location is great as always. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Have been quite a regular long term customer to this place while I lived in Dehradun. Would like to visit again.

There cottage was nice, tv wasn't. The area around was nice. The most they need to work on is the restaurant work. Bar cocktails were actually very bad. There was frequent miscommunication between staff. Eating experience can improve a lot there. Overall the place is worth visiting. Would sure like to go again and rate better next time.

A beautiful place to be in set on the banks of a flowing river. Rooms are comfortable as the staff is always willing to enable a comfortable stay. Food taste and quality pas excellence though would suggest some improvement to the buffet breakfast.

The staff try very hard , with their attention and friendliness, to make up for what is an absolutely terrible experience. I understand the property once was super. Now , with evident lack of any attention , it is completely dilapidated. The bathrooms are filthy , and stink even after a bottle of perfume has been sprayed. A layer of grim everywhere in the room , and we found chicken legs under the sofa cushions. With the level of hygiene , any other hotel would not be allowed to operate.

The prices are too high, and the food quality is poor. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The rooms are poorly maintained, giving the impression of an abandoned property. Additionally, the swimming pool resembles a latrine pit. The doors and windows are unstable, and there’s an unpleasant odor in the rooms. I strongly advise against staying here. Hopefully, you can get a refund for both your money and time.

Recently stayed at this property. Sorry to say but this is not a 3 star hotel. Rooms have a stinking smell which is due to some drainage system issue. Breakfast items are limited. Starts at 8.30 am. Very late. River is like a nahar. Not a river at all. Not coming back here.
