Where shall I start ? It is incredibly hard to find. Dont arrive by car you cant get anywhere near it. You have to walk the last 300 yards uphill & then 4 flights of stairs . The room is Tiny !! You might have paid for a view of The Ganga but a property will take that away. Breakfast is limited & Im being kind !! The room is key locked which means if you dont physically lock it, it aint locked. Oh came back after a day out & the room wasnt even made up.

Hotel is located in a very happening location. Market, cafes, organic stores, spas are near by. It you walk down the road, you can get good view of Ganga. Chef Kishan is accommodative of food requests. Food is really good in the hotel, much better than over hyped cafes near by. Rooms are small for family but ok for couples and have all basic amenities. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a decent stay. Important tip : First of all being first timer in Rishikesh we were little confused about the location. Basically there are two sides of Laxman jhula which are not connected so to reach from one side to another it's around 12-15 kms drive via highway. Since Ola Uber are not operational here the cab charges 800-1200 for transfer depending on the car booked. Bedzz and some hotels are located on the other side so we have to take a road down from neelkanth highway before entering the city. Also the police won't allow outside vehicles in the shorter route so we had to take longer route and park in parking area near hotel from there hotel staff carried the luggage. But if you are travelling in local vehicle then u can go almost infront of the hotel. So better to use local vehicle.

Washroom of dormitory needs to be more clean and tidy. Toilet paper needs to be placed. Also, the geyser should have been on as it was not last time to cold water. However, overall Properties, good and a nice Stay, and I would definitely like to recommend it to others.

Very good experience. Rooms were clean with good linen. They were being cleaned on daily basis. Overall stay and food was good. Staff was courteous and had knowledge about the local site seeing spots. Good variety of breakfast was served. Live music and singing by Aditya was also very soothing.

It was a great stay. From food to comfort in the rooms, everything was top-notch. Highly appreciable room service with amazing staff. It was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel also offers breathtaking views of the ganges from rooftop.

Amezing expression with this hotel very much comfortable place every staff member is so good and every time ready to help ,,,,food is amazing place is good and clean specially thankyou Mr. Vinod sir big thankyou ....... . ....................
