The staff here is amazing. Friendly, informative and willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located off I-40 and near a lot of restaurants. Pros: The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby because the beds were so comfortable. THE STAFF! Cons: The room design is weird. The bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light into the room at night when someone uses it. Bad design, Also, the TV is off to the side of where the bed is. Watching is rather odd from the bed. Our toilet wouldn't flush in the first room they gave us and the front desk moved us immediately to a larger room on a higher floor. I'd stay here again because of the staff and the beds.

Sports team travelers beware! This hotel has a zero tolerance policy with alcohol in their lobby. Zero, none! Their front desk employee was extremely rude and threatened to kick our entire team block out of the hotel, and call the police because we gathered in the lobby to watch college baseball, and have a drink all because it was downpouring outside. This employee made a huge scene, and treated our entire group of parents like a bunch of kids. Telling us to "go to our rooms"! Our group wasn't loud or causing any issues. This was all around 3pm in the afternoon. This employee referenced the language in our contract, but also went onto say this was a "state law". Funny, the hotel next door knew nothing about this law, and welcomed out team over there to have a drink. Secondly, we were never informed of this when we did the team block. Even after we all left the area, this same rude employee felt is necessary to threaten to charge families full price + additional fees because we were breaking our contract. One of these families threatened, wasn't even part of our hotel block. This employee was just trying to make a point. It took the manager coming out to the front to get things straightened out. Ridiculous! Preface: We've stayed at this hotel now two years in a row during the WCWS. We didn't have this issue last year. Last year the stay was great, rooms were clean, location was great, staff was great. They even let us check out a night early with no penalties which was awesome. We booked this hotel almost a year in advance to ensure we had the same great experience, This year was much different! Outdoor patio furniture is extremely worn, and looks terrible. Rooms & hotel overall was very clean. They had staff cleaning at all times. Room keys/mobile keys were an issue the entire stay. The room keys worked 50% of the time, so you'd have to go to the front desk and get new keys all the time. Mobile keys never worked. Needless to say, we will NEVER be staying at this hotel again. This particular location gives the Marriott brand a very bad name. There are plenty of hotel options in the Del City area, so I'd suggest looking at other locations before you consider staying here.

Will never stay again. The layout of our suite was terrible. Our king bed faced directly into the bathroom. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was slightly opaque when closed but clearly forms and light shown through. When the door is open we looked DIRECTLY at the sink, mirror and countertop from our bed. The TV was placed to the side of the bathroom barn door and was made to swivel between the bed and the sitting area. The AC blew directly onto the bed and we had to cover it with towels not to be frozen and uncomfortable. The room was clean and quiet. But not a choice for us again.

The hotel room was fine, but my experience with the staff and mgr was frustrating. We found we were charged for a reservation the night before (we stayed 1 night). The reservation was made online. I received notification of the reservation for the night we stayed via email and had it in my Bonvoy app as well. No other notification was received. They said we were charged for the night before and had a different reservation # for that date. Again we never received any notice of that reservation. When trying to talk to the mgr. , we were told by staff she would call me back. 2 days later in my 3rd call I finally reached her. She argued that she had an online reservation and I was charged for not giving notice. When I questioned why that reservation had not appeared on my Bonvoy app or email, she did not have an answer, but refused to remove the charge and told me the only thing I could do would be to dispute it with the credit card co. This is my first negative hotel review ever and the first time I have had to dispute a bill. Needless to say I am now suspicious of Marriott and will be staying elsewhere in the future.

My family was in OKC for a sporting event. While others from the team chose to stay in Bricktown, we chose this location based on ease of parking. It ended up being the right choice. Our room was so spacious that 4 of us had more than enough room to move around. The bathroom was massive and came equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, the closet was a huge walk in, and the room itself was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Several restaurants nearby! The pho place in front of the hotel was incredible. The only complaint that I have was that breakfast was lacking in quality. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was cold, so we stuck to cereal each morning. But I truly care more about the cleanliness than the breakfast anyway, so that doesn’t take away from my stay in any way. Would definitely stay at this location again.

I work at a Marriott hotel and wanted to stay at one for my husband and I's anniversary. I called to speak to a manager to see if this property does amenities, such as a bottle of wine that could be delivered to our room. She said that they didn't do that here, which is fine, however she had an attitude the whole conversation. I also asked if they could put rose petals in the room, stating that it was okay if they couldn't/don't ever do that sort of thing. Once again, she talked to me like I was stupid. She said: "No, we don't ever do that" and "You want US to decorate the room?" I understand it is not a premium brand hotel, but that is why I called to see if it was something they do to check. There was no reason for rudeness, especially coming from a manager. I did not catch her name. I believe I did speak to a different employee beforehand, I did not catch his name either, who said to call a manager and that he was sure it was something that could be done. He did not know, which is not his fault. The two starts are for him, he was at least nice.
