Georgia and Peter's welcome was as warm as the freshly baked bread they presented to us upon arrival. Our hosts happily baked a second loaf for us, when requested. Yum! The Blake's Mews suite was very private, comfortable and roomy, with an excellent bed. We were able to park directly outside, which was handy. Location is excellent for exploring Deloraine on foot (Platypus hunting!) or the region by car, and our 5 night stay will be extended to 10, next time we visit Tas. There is just so much to see and do in this gorgeous area. Very, very happy with all aspects of our stay here. Thanks guys! Andy and Jo.

The hosts, Georgia and Peter, were extremely welcoming and helpful in planning what to see in the region and where to eat in Deloraine. The property is situated in a very quiet area but close to shops & eating venues. The fabulous river walk was only about 100m away at the end of the street and we walked the loop trail each morning. Woolworths is even closer in the opposite direction. The property’s gardens were magnificent. We were given a generous breakfast hamper, including a delicious freshly baked loaf of home baked bread. We stayed in the Quamby Cottage which has lovely views of the surrounding countryside from both the kitchen and bedroom. It was lovely opening the curtains in the morning and letting the sun shine in. The cottage was very tastefully decorated in the heritage style. It was warm, had a good sized, well-heated bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. It had all the kitchen equipment that we needed and a full sized refrigerator. We will certainly return there when we next visit Tasmania.

The cottage at Blake's Manor was a heritage building that had been tastefully restored/renovated to be clean and comfortable. Easy parking and close proximity to town made it easy to use the car daily or walk into and around the town Peter and Georgia gave an in-depth briefing and had many helpful suggestions on ways to spend our days in Deloraine.

Absolutely delightful place to stay. Beautifully furnished and very well stocked. Georgia and Peter are lovely people who go out of their way to make you welcome. Freshly baked bread is an extra special touch. Very peaceful location and charming village. River is picturesque and we were super excited to spot a platypus.

First time to Tasmania and had no idea where to stay. Decided to stay out of Launceston but central to places we wanted to visit. Hit the jackpot when I found Blake’s Manor. Heritage building located within walking distance to the town centre. Deloraine is a delightful town with a range of shopping and food and beverage options. Our suite was perfect for our stay. The whole place is beautifully presented and the owners have thought of everything. We only stayed 3 nights but would have been happy to spend much longer. The owners are very welcoming and gave us some great tips regarding places to visit. Highly recommended.

Georgia and Peter are excellent hosts, welcoming you with some warm bread, breakfast hamper, local produce, beverage to warm the soul. They provide you with a brief history of the gorgeous building you will be staying in before showing you to your room. They provide you with interesting information about the local area, suggest some walks or activities to do, places to eat out. The grounds and superb, it was lovely to sit in the garden to eat our meals prepared in our room. The room is decorated to reflect era of the past, is comfortable, clean and tidy. Highly recommend a stay at Blakes Manor.

Great helpful couple in charge Georgia and Peter. Great value for money. The home bread is excellent every time I check in. Clean tidy rooms. Very grateful for the insight / knowledge they have and offered for nearby local attractions and eateries. Will recommend to anyone seeking accomodation inthe area

We stayed in the 3 bedroom family apartment. Two queen beds and two single beds plus a living room with kitchenette etc. Very comfortable and nicely furnished with reproduction antiques (some could be genuine). PLUS free huge full

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with every kitchen facility for cooking. They provide a fresh home baked loaf of bread, cereal, bacon eggs for you to make a decent breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and full of information about Manors history and the area.
