House is in between Linton Blvd and the C-15 Canal that boarders Boca Raton. The most northern three canals of Boca Raton are also considered to be in Tropic Isle. House is very well located, just blocks from the ocean and minutes to Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray, Mizner Park, Downtown Boca Raton and I95.
