Guests are welcome to share their room allocation requests, however please note that we cannot guarantee specific room assignments as they depend on the day's occupancy levels. Your comments regarding staff responsiveness and service quality have been noted. While we are pleased to read you found our team friendly, we know that friendliness alone does not compensate for the lack of prompt and efficient service.
