Sky Star Hotel KLIA/KLIA2 recensioner

Sudden receive job fly early morning and stay at this hotel, so easy go to airport. Nearby go restaurant can go eat. Hotel so cheap and good conditions! Recommend!!

It was ok for a transit hotel, the minus is that it is far from any convenience store so it's a bit difficult to buy food around or any other necessities.

Aircon not cool.. Room quite old,pipe at besin lickings.no hairdryer and light not suitable for doing makeup.. only the staff are good..

very close to ERL salak tinggi, about 10mins (grab RM 8), very easy to get grab from hotel. For transit, i would recommend this hotel. Got lift too

Location near airport, all staffs are very friendly, room is quiet good but is a bit noisy. When someone walking at the corridor or with their luggage, can clearly hear the noise.

1. Location is quite isolated in terms of availability of amenities i.e. no mall, limited sundry shops and restaurants, mostly mamak shops. Near to KLIA & KLIA2 by car (20 mins). Very near (10 mins) to Salak Tinggi ERL Station Park n Ride. 2. Cleanliness - Acceptable for a budget hotel, no complains. 3. Service - Frontdesk staff is friendly and responsive to queries. 4. Facilities - The toilet is in need of improvements eg. no toiletries except for toilet paper which has no toilet roll holder to put on; the sink tap / faucet leaked and wetted the floor when in use; the sink table is so small that there is not enough place to put our own toiletries on it; the shower spray needs to be replaced and the water pressure is so low with the water trickling down and took us so long to bathe. Main consolations : 1. Aircond worked 2. Wifi is strong 3. Bed is comfortable 4. Room is spacious enough for 2 medium luggages. 5. The rooftop restaurant is our main consolation - the lady who served us is very friendly and kind, food is delicious and very affordable.

Whole hotel was citrate smell.. when I arrived at hotel no speak English. Felt like middle of no where. When both were agreed to check in 8 am and check out at 6.30 pm. When I arrived no one was there . Hotel helpers did not speak English.. after a long flight, we were sleeping at the lounge for 40 mins. When we checked in our room was full cigrate smell.. we already tired , my kids went sleep. Can’t be bothered to go and complain. Since I paid 60+ NZD . We did not get what we paid for

One good thing about this place is it allows check out time till 1pm. I just needed a place to sleep for the night before my flight the next day so this place is quite enough for me. Amenities are minimal. It's just that there is no chair in my room (when booking done, there's definitely vanity chair in the photo included) so I have eat sitting on the floor or on the bed.

The service unsatisfied, window broken, tv not working, called people for assist, no one attend

The staff are accommodating and friendly. We checked in at 5am in the morning. They arranged a car back to the airport at 35 MYR. AC is working well. They have an elevator. Hot shower is ok. Just a problem with the soap dispenser. I didn't bother to call the reception. We were rushing to sleep and catching our next flight. Will be happy to book again in the near future.

It is a good and affordable place to stay. They have only one power socket for a double room that I stayed in. For toiletries, they provide soap but no shampoo or toothbrush/toothpaste. They have a water heater in the bathroom. For cutleries, they provide one electric kettle, two glasses and two spoons. The room also has a lot of hangers for you to hang your clothes in the closet and a TV for your entertainment. Overall, the room is worth it!
