Ok - so if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Denia this isn’t the place for you, it’s a good 25 minute walk out of town. If you want a stunning small hotel, lovely ambience, great vista, free parking, just a short walk from great snorkelling beach, lovely breakfast, quiet, nice pool, friendly staff, amazing value for money- this is the place to book. As I write this it’s 01.00 sat in lovely garden sipping a glass of wine. Hardly seen another guest since we arrived. Love this place

Un descubrimiento, increíble , hermoso lugar , tranquilo ,un vergel y la atención espectacular,tanto nacho como Lara son maravillosos y atentos, cercanos ,sin duda un hotel para recomendar, y la historia de la villa finita apasionante , gracias

Somos clientes de hace muchos años, y hemos notada que ya no es lo que era, la calidad del desayuno va bajando, en la piscina hay muchos mosquitos, debe ser por el jardín o agua estancada, pero este año nos han devorado. Deberían solucionar y mejor estos aspectos y recuperar lo que eran, un Hotel boutique, pues ahora no va en consonancia calidad, precio y servicio.

Las instalaciones en general necesitan una renovación ya que se notan los años de uso. La ducha con bañera de hidromasaje es muy alta y cuesta subir y bajar. La alcachora está altisima. El servicio de desayuno es mejorable. Por el precio del desayuno esperaba tener de todo y hemos desayunado lo que sobraba una hora antes del cierre. En general, demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo y el hotel se le puede llamar con encanto. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y la piscina también, el servicio muy atentos. No dispone de restaurante pero dentro del grupo hay hoteles con restaurante e inmediatamente nos reservaron para comer, si disponen de bufet para el desayuno y es espectacular.

Booked a superior room. (Traducción al español a continuación) Was given a basic room. Woman checking me in said there were only two rooms left when I booked in. One room with a twin and one with a double. So clearly they over booked and put me in a basic room. She had difficulty with English so I didn’t bother going back to her after we were in the room. I talked to the man at the front desk the next morning and asked to be refunded the difference between the superior room and the basic. He refused. I showed him pics of the room on my phone and asked him to pull up their website. He finally admitted they looked different but then wouldn’t just refund the difference. I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and the manager refused to speak with me. Then he said write your complaint down on this paper or reviews all over the internet I don’t care. Check in was a mess and took forever. I just had to leave and go to lunch so we wouldn’t miss Spain lunch time and then finish checking in after lunch. This was part of my check in experience- When I checked in, I left my credit card at the desk for incidentals and went to use the bathroom. When I came back she was entering the credit card to charge for the room I had to explain to her I already paid on ********** I showed her the receipt and had to show her several times before she agreed not to charge me again. Una habitación con dos camas individuales y otra con una doble. Así que claramente reservaron demasiado y me pusieron en una habitación básica. Tenía dificultades con el inglés, así que no me molesté en volver con ella después de que estuviéramos en la habitación. Hablé con el hombre de la recepción a la mañana siguiente y pedí que me reembolsaran la diferencia entre la habitación superior y la básica. Se negó. Le mostré fotos de la habitación en mi teléfono y le pedí que sacara su sitio web. Finalmente admitió que se veían diferentes, pero que no solo reembolsaron la diferencia. Pedí hablar con el gerente. Llamó al gerente y el gerente se negó a hablar conmigo. Luego dijo que escribiera su queja en este periódico o reseñas en todo Internet que no me importa. El registro fue un desastre y tardó una eternidad. Solo tuve que irme e ir a almorzar para que no nos perdiéramos la hora del almuerzo en España y luego termináramos de registrarnos después del almuerzo.
