Exactly as expressed from website. IT is NOT the beach..but 1 min walk to beach. the value of price for the room was great. comfortable and response to the txt of staff was quick. If you want to search other motels. you may pay more if you plan to stay in the motel which may be all day long. It is located near dunkin and stop/shop and CVS within 6 min drive. also, laundromat for your day on the beach. no complaints and no extra charges or hidden charges

Very clean motel and lovely beach location. Unfortunately it rained all day and night but had a nice time at the nearby Pelham Resort restaurant and bar. The Kingfisher was quiet and peaceful and I would like to explore more in the future. Since there is no front desk, I appreciated that they left ample TP and other necessities. I also had a great deal last minute.

Horrible place and horrible service! Stay away Advertised as ocean front and it looks at a gravel parking lot! Couldn’t access room because we were told our reservation was “cancelled”. No offer to help - had to go elsewhere to find accommodations.

Great location!
Rooms are very clean, light and airy with a beachy decor. Inn was recently renovated with all new furnishings. Location is right across from the beach in Dennis. I’ve stayed there twice and had a good experience both times.

Just a one night stay. Very cute, immaculate room. Literally across the street from nice little beach. Received code for entry on time. Microwave and small refrigerator as well as coffee maker was nice to have in room. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the pillows.

Great place to land. Enjoyed the beautiful beach as well. Everything was very clean and new. Instructions were clear and helpful.

Friendly owner, wonderful staff. This inn is perfectly located, next to the beach and minutes from Dennisport and Harwichport. Clean rooms, and a great pool too. We needed 2 cots and they were very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Very clean, quiet, and convenient! Management catering and responsive. Newly remodeled. Would have preferred a quiet mini-split rather than walk AC, but kept cool. Queens would have been better Fulls. Would stay again for sure!

The property manager was awesome! He was helpful with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. Not to mention the beach view 😍. We will definitely come back to Kingfisher next time we make it to Cape Cod!
