Sonesta Denver Downtown recensioner

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Everything we needed was in walking distance for us. Target wasn’t too far, close enough to walk. Right across from the Pavilion Mall. Area didn’t seem bad at all while we were there. We went for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the walk was about 5 minutes. Super quick. My only complaint was that there is not a microwave in the room. There is a fridge though. Parking was expensive so I used the Spot Hero app and parked in the parking garage right behind the hotel. Literally a 2 minute walk or less. It was under $30 to park Friday through Monday. But read the terms if you decide to do that. You basically can’t go in and out if you park there. It’s just park and leave your car there until your done with your stay and leave. Rooms were clean and the view wasn’t great but decent. No indoor pool but there’s a rooftop pool that’s open seasonally. So not during the cold months. Overall it was a nice stay.

Started off a bit shaky walking into a dirty room but the staff made up for it with free parking + breakfast. Overall fine hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.

Great place right next to 16th street. The room was nice and clean, two thumbs up

Awesome location in downtown Denver. However the hotel itself needs improving. No vending so you HAVE to buy from the marketplace. Never saw room service nor did they come to my room while I was there.

Overall I am very satisfied with everything in the hotel. Maybe its common in the US, there is no water cooker in the room and can only refill drunkable water in the gym room

Happy with my stay in general

Excellent location close enough to the Convention Center to walk over for our show/event. Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurant options from Taco Bell and Chipotle to Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excellent Thai food, etc. We did not have to use or move our vehicle during the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The big and only issue which we had was no hot water in the room for the first two days of our stay and that hot shower is vital! We were complimented breakfast and a beverage for one day, so this helped to make up for the lack of hot water in the hotel for those two days. The breakfast was excellent and the only hot meal we were able to have in the 3 mornings we were in Denver, but would have been economically out of our reach if not complimentary.

房間不大，但乾淨整潔。在丹佛市中心，周圍就是州議會廣場離步行街就幾十米。非常適合來這裏短期旅遊的遊客。
