The rooms were neat and clean. Washroom was good. The quality of food was also good. Location was also very good. The most shocking part was the behaviour of the staff at the restaurant. They were rude and lack politeness. Overall a good hotel but with not so good staff members

I recently stayed here with my family. Overall our stay was good and we were well assisted by Mr. Balram kumar throughout our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. All the staff members were well behaved. The food was good as well....

One of the best in town hotel in BabaDham @Deoghar Rooms are very Big and spacious, well behaved staff. Very next to Temple to visit. Food are good. Room services / Breakfast buffet staffs are pathetic, live menu staffs are very much arrogant “hotel management should look into the matter else they will ruin your images” Please look into the atmosphere inside the hotel with respect to fragrance, lil Smokey .

I have stayed here for 2 nights, the employees are very welcoming & always there to assist. Special mention goes to Ravi, Saurav & Prajal. However, I would like to highlight the concern about room cleanliness, which is not up to the mark. The cups were very dirty. It might have not been cleaned since months. Also, all of sudden at midnight, I heard rat noise from the AC dock, which is not at all expected from well reputed 4 star hotel in the city. I Hope someone will look after the concern.

This is the most unprofessional hotel. We Impression Tourism has done a query and blocking with this hotel. But the guest called up directly and front office manager has shared a B2B rate to the guest. This how this hotel work. Not expectiong this from a brand. very much unfortunate. Even we aske for solution and the FOM is so uncooperative that directly he denyed to talk. We asked for GM contact details but he refused.

The staff is too good over there ,sailen was too supportive and coordinative.The Hotel service is very good.Banquet hall and room was too clean. Special thanks to sailen and his kudos team to make my engagement day memorable.Thanks again.

Very good hotel in a temple town.. thanks for having… Room was good in size 👍 AC was perfectly working 👍 Bathing area was good 👍 Only issue was bathroom was stinking a bit… they sprayed freshener twice.. It was a short trip hence can’t expect much…

I am staying in this hotel as a corporate staff i aming staying in this hotel but there service is not good as well as staff behaviour .They also exchanged my uniform .when i lost card they charged ammount
