Room was good and hotel was very near to temple. But bathrooms are not upto the mark wrt size especially in concern with senior citizen

Reception staff was inexperienced. Breakfast menu food was not available. For lunch and dinner food was prepared as per our request. Excellent food and service in their restaurant. Only they could not provide dosa and gluten free items for breakfast for which we had to travel to clock tower area

Rooms are very small, difficult to move in the room. Breakfast menu items not available as they provide fixed breakfast to guests who book directly with them. For getting paneer and aloo parishad we had to go to clock tower area. Staff is good but inexperienced. Lunch and dinners in the restaurant were of exceptional quality and service, value for money. Mosquitoes are there but staff provided good night

The hotel is good, neat and clean and well maintained. Very low staff but could manage with the guests. Rooms are very large and well furnished w. R. T. Cost. But there is a small drawback. The toilet is not ventilated. It doesn't have exhaust fan. It's a suggestion that exhaust fan should be installed at the earliest. Overall satisfied. 8/10

The hotel gave us two delux rooms saying that this two are the best room. My parents had lot of trouble in that room. The room was too small and. Stinky. After lots of arguments they changed the room next afternoon which was a bit better. This is never expected from hotels which we book via mmt.

They are cheated me, rs. 12200- good for nothing. I have booked two room dated 8. 10. 2024 by mistake of 8. 11. 5024 before one day that means 7. 10. 2024. After one an hour i requested for date change, but replayed no option date change or refund, money totaly forfited,

Very good property overall, coupled with alert and helpful staff and good restaurant. Rooms are relatively small, but we could manage it, as we stayed for only.one night for Darshan at Baidyanath dham. However, rooms are pretty neat, clean and well appointed with good Digital tv connection, and well equipped bathroom as well. Restaurant also served limited but pretty good food, nothing to complain here as well. All in all worth the money every bit. Fully recommended.
