my kids very happy..all staff very helpful and always friendly and smile…next time if im coming with my family i choose to stay here again..and i hope all pool open everyday…

kids friendly. i got surprised because no more tootbrush, comb n another amenities. it is ok for earth's good, but it should be subtitute with another save nature. not eliminate.

EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.

Great hotel. You can do Alot fun activity with family in this hotel. But the main lobby is quite full with shops item. I think the hotel need more sofa at the lobby.

enjoy staycation here with lots of activities for young kids. easy to find foods near hotel such as mcd, pizza hut, and mall around 2km. friendly service and staff.
