Arcadia HotSpring Hotel recensioner

A lovely 2 nights stay over CNY. Thank you to Ernest, Terry and the team for making out stay comfortable. Food was very tasty. Served Chinese set meal and breakfast. Room was cozy and warm with underfloor heating. Great view from the balcony. Perfect location for local walks in bamboo forests and to reach local scenic areas. Easy to charge electric car there too.

An outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

Beautiful hotel in a rural location. The room was excellent as was the service and food.

Superb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

Excellent service, the view is amazing and the staff was really friendly, the food menue is great and quality and price are matching well , good selection of wine and the swimming pool is great

We have spent some wonderful days, it is a very beautiful place with many details, the environment is spectacular, we have eaten very well both Chinese and Western food... The service has been impeccable, thanks to Terry, Allan, Ernest and the entire Arcadia team, they have made us feel at home. We will definitely return.

Outstanding views from rooms; Terry was exceptional and has helped us a ton. The cleanliness could be improved as there was tons of dust under the bed, and some outlets were not working. Call the hotel and ask for help with bags. A golf cart will help as there is an uphill 100-meter walk to the hotel.

Stayed at the property for three night, the view from the room is exceptional, hotel staff is very friendly especially Terry who also loves and was loved by our dog. The food is delicious and its very convenient to visit places or hike from the hotel. Highly recommend  the property to other fellow travelers.

Ernest and his team provided excellent friendly service. The hotel is modern and clean. Four of us came for a cycling trip and we had a great stay. Definitely will come back!

we stay only one night but very inpressed with the hospitality of the staff and manager who greeted and attended to us during our stay very friendly and helpful. the dinner is exceptional very delicious. highly recommended this small hotel homely feel very quiet at night peaceful clean environment. we evn got nice EV Car ride at reasonable price from Shanghai and back to Shanghai very friendly driver very interesting guy. the roads along the way is amazing beautiful countryside clean and green.

The hotel is located on a hill in a bamboo forest. There are no neighbors around, so in Arcadia you can enjoy nature and relax from the city noise. A vacation in Arcadia is perfect for groups of friends, families, with you love or alone. The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, the bed is large, our room had a balcony overlooking the valley. There are many places to relax, 2 Jacuzzis and a large swimming pool. We were delighted with the food! Even we foreigners really liked the Chinese cuisine in this hotel. The European cuisine and the serving of dishes are great, we have never seen this level in other hotels. The ingredients in the dishes are fresh and of good quality. Besides the good food, Arcadia also has the best service among all the hotels we've been to. Thanks Terry for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted and escorted off as good friends. The owner of Arcadia Ernest is a hospitable, kind and interesting person with excellent English. He gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us hiking trails with wonderful views of the tea plantations and the valley, and told us many stories about the hotel and the surrounding area. On our next trip to Shanghai, we will definitely plan a visit to Arcadia!

Probably the best service we ever encountered. Amazing hospitality, amazing food , the staff was amazing from booking time until leaving the house. Beautiful place wonderful location. We are very grateful and will definitely come again...and again....
