Come relax with your family in this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath and enjoy a game night with the family or relax in the outdoor space complete with a fire pit table! Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, this home offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to local attractions, Drake Campus and downtown excitement. Arlo security cameras with a motion activated spotlight are used to monitor both entrances to the home. One is in the upper corner of the front porch facing the door and driveway. Graduation Weekend We stayed here during my daughter‘s college graduation weekend. Was a great home to relax, and and we also had the opportunity to host another family for dinner, which worked out very well with the beautiful patio.

Perfect for families or group of friends! We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home! The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook, and the living room and bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The outdoor living space was lovely—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Off-street parking was a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!”

Wonderful stay near Drake The property was a perfect fit for our needs. It is within walking distance to Drake. The house is beautifully restored. The back deck was a personal favorite! The owner was incredibly communicative when we had a few small requests. They were responsive and prompt! We made a few small suggestions to make it better and the owner was also receptive to that. We would stay here again! Thank you!
