This was an excellent base for everything in Desenzano. The apartment was simple, clean and functional and also a really good size for a family of 4. The pool was a great addition for the family on hot summer afternoons. Breakfast was simple but more than enough to start the day. The apartments were quiet and the staff were super friendly and wanted to assist you in any way they could. Highly recommended just don’t expect luxury rooms but they are absolutely fine and incredibly functional.

We are writing you today to complain about that renter, Il Sogno in Bellagio. Pictures they show on your site are fake at least for what real bad apartment they rented us. We never went staying there, so disgusting not even clean. PLUS, the address of their apartment in your rental confirmation does not even exist: Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 9. There 1.3.5.7.11 addresses on that street but no 9. We even went to City Hall just to validate, and they confirmed that address did not exist. So wrong representation. The real address of this apartment was at 2, Via Isodoro Bernard. Took us 90 minutes in pouring rain to find it out carrying our luggage. We have photos of the sector as proof. We asked them for help and they never came. We stayed in the rain for 90 minutes before finding that damn appartment. We want full reimbusrment for that misrepresentation and bad service. We are going online to give some 'great" comments about them and we would like to avoid having to mention Booking as complicit to such bad experience. Waiting on your response. Thank you.

We had a nice stay here the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean although in my opinion the furniture and décor is a bit dated and could do with updating however it is functional. The balconies are large and sunny. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice we only had breakfast once so don't know if there are different items daily . The location its about 10 minutes from the centre for bars and restaurants and the ferry terminal and about the same to the train station in the opposite direction, 5minutes to Ins supermarket at the bottom of the street and around 15- 20 minutes to larger supermarkets. So its pretty central for everything. Disliked · Air conditioning very noisy had to turn it off at night and not very good during the day. Poor lighting in the room at night. Needs better access to the refuge bins. Soundproofing could be better. Hairdryer poor.

We stayed here for 10 nights, self-catering in a huge 2 bedroomed lake view apartment on the 4th floor, room 420 and it did not disappoint! These apartments are fantastic! They're super clean, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen (though we missed having a toaster), loads of wardrobe space, air conditioning in all of the rooms, plenty of clean towels, a comfortable sofa bed and a huge terrace/balcony that wrapped around the whole apartment. They even provided a rack for drying clothes. The whole balcony was covered/ sheltered all the way around so when we did get a bit of rain we could sit outside and enjoy watching the rain over the lake. We saw a lightning storm at night, which was pretty impressive too, but it didn't last long. The other side of the apartment has stunning mountain views in the distance, also with a view of the lake. So beautiful! We used the beautiful pool every single day and there were always sunbeds available. The pool area and the apartments themselves are quiet and very relaxing. These apartments are in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk down to the lake and a 12-minute walk to Desenzano del Garda train station, which I would highly recommend using, it's great! We travelled from here on three occasions and did day trips to Milan, Venice and Verona. There is a handy little supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away too. Top tip - buy your water early in the day as it sells out quickly. The apartments are just a 5-minute walk from Desenzano itself. This town is so beautiful. The ferries are very handy to use and it's just a few short minutes (€6 return) to the picturesque town of Sirmione. We even did a little sunset cruise which was fabulous. The staff of the Il Sogno Apartments are just lovely. They helped us to arrange taxis, and access to the laundry room to wash our clothes, they offer a drinks & snacks service at the pool and cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is perfect. They even arranged our private airport transfers. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed here for 9 nights self catering. Had a fabulous holiday, Lake Garda is wonderful - one of my favourite places. Apartments were lovely, plenty of room and a nice large front facing sunny balcony - all day long. Staff were very nice and friendly. Only thing wrong was we didn't really use the swimming pool as is at the back of the property and is very shaded - even in the middle of the day, the water was ice cold - such a shame as I love a swim but was unbearable. Apartments are in a great location just a 5 minute walk downhill to the resort centre with lots of restaurants and bars and the lake front. Supermarket just round the corner and a 10min walk (uphill ! ) to the train station. Would definitely stay again.
