Communication & Maintenance Issues Nice house and yard to relax in. Beds were comfortable. However, we were plagued with maintenance issues, and the owner was extremely slow to respond. Fire alarms awoke us in the night; took 2 days to fix. We were told staff didn't have access to a ladder, so we should somehow climb up to disable them, and one was on a high cathedral ceiling. No control of heating or cooling as the thermostat was locked. Heat would blast out at 6AM and awaken us. No ice in icemaker -- we were told parts were on order to repair, but actually the water line was not hooked up. We never had hot water for showers, only luke warm. The most frustrating thing was lack of communication. We would not book here again.

Comfy stay Beautiful home! Check in was easy and the host responded promptly to any messages that I sent. I loved the aesthetic of the home and will consider staying here again.
