Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own inviting space. 🛏 Bedroom Layout: • Primary Bedroom – 1 King bed + ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed + work desk • Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds Bathrooms: • The ensuite features a private bath for the primary bedroom • A second full bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3 • Fresh towels and essential toiletries are fully stocked Need extra sleeping space? Air mattresses are available upon request prior to check-in. Child Travel Items: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life. You’ve found your SOL MATE. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house Other things to note Outdoor music & parties: No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Cameras & security: For your safety, the property has security cameras: These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. A noise detector is located in the backyard as required by the City of Desert Hot Springs. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video. Pets: We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle. • Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement: - 80/day to heat up to 82°F - $135/day to heat up to 88°F You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay.
