Welcome to the Beach Barn! You won't be stuck behind 6 rows of chairs and umbrellas blocking your views, you'll get to be front and center to enjoy your own private beach the way you expect it to be! This spacious two story home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a state of the art gourmet kitchen, a spacious covered balcony that wraps around the home. It also features a huge resort style swimming pool where you can relax and listen to the waves and feel the warm gulf breezes! This is just 3 homes directly back from the beach so getting there couldn't be easier or safer for the family, a mere 70 second walk!
Guests are in short walking distance to nearly everything! From Big Kahuna water park to the newly expanded Destin Commons mall and popular family attractions. It is a brief walk to several restaurants and take the boat water taxi over to many attractions, deep sea fishing charters, Destin Harborwalk Village and more!
It is a 1 mile drive from Indian Bayou golf course and just 5 miles from the premier golf courses of Sandestin and a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 5 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. There's bowling, movie theaters, shopping, water parks, putt putt, arcades and more all within a 5 mile radius.

- All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Parking: Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- Holiday Isle Beach Access: Key cards are located on lanyards in the home, 2 key cards per stay. Please be sure these are returned to the home, as a replacement fee of $50.00 per key card will apply if not found within the home upon departure.

- Animals/Pets -- Dogs Only, Guidelines and Fee*
Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

*Service Animals: 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need a service animal to ease the symptoms of a disability (as defined under the above Acts), and have the Animal/Pet Fee waived, submit a request in writing to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro and include whether or not the service animal is required because of a disability as well as what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.
- Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee
Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $50.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May.
- Events and Parties Prohibited
Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern.
