Emerald Grande Condominiums at HarborWalk Village

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location is great but the hotel left a very bad memory. We the day before we left, we discovered 2 cockroaches in our unit and we complained to the front desk who told us we would have to get ahold of Wyndham for recompense. Wyndham directed it back to the hotel to make things right. The hotel said they would spray our room, while we went to dinner and they would have a gift for our trouble, when we returned from dinner. After we returned from dinner, at 930pm, the hotel gives us a hotel credit towards dinner at the hotel restaurant. Seriously? And on top of that, we return to our unit to find another roach crawling up the bathroom wall! I have dreamed about staying at this resort for about 10 years and it's just been a big disappointment.

This place is amazing. We are Wyndham Resort owners and stayed here as Wyndham guests. Our room is great and the location is very nice. The amenities are wonderful. Lots of shops and activities along Harbor Walk. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. We will definitely return.

The check in procedure was awful. Two porters and 4vehicles trying to unload with 3 vehicles waiting. We asked about a cart but were told they didn’t loan out carts. I wanted to say, we’ll hire more porters. By the time one porter unloaded and came back from whatever condo, 15 minutes had passed. I guess you can do the math about how long we waited

We absolutely love the Emerald Grande! Mike and Chi are great! Mike was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was fantastic! The unit is beautiful and spacious. A boat takes everyone to a private beach every half hour and the Harborwalk Village makes eating and entertainment super easy if you don't have a car. This was a very relaxing trip. We will definitely be back.

We had to move rooms right after settling in because there were cockroaches. It took a few hours to find us a new room. The next room was great the first three nights. Then they started ripping up the flooring in the rooms around us at 6 am. Once the floors were up, when they put the new floors down and the glue they used gave us all headaches. The Pineapple Express elevators are in desperate need of repairs. Only one of the two elevators worked and another guest said they were in one before and it dropped suddenly on them

Update: finally spoke with the desk manager and was told they can't move us bc the hotel is booked and they can't give any comps. Even more disappointing. Absolutely do not recommend if you're looking to have a relaxing getaway. We are so disappointed! We planned a romantic getaway to relax after a busy and stressful month, only to have a room in the East Tower that has extremely loud music coming from the bar across the parking lot. We're on the 9th floor and it feels like we're right next to it. Literally vibrates the walls. The first night we thought it was coming from a room next to us. In addition, the day we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned. There were towels all over the floor, the beds weren't made, and dirty dishes in the sink. They came and cleaned whole we went out and gave us a $50 credit to use at a restaurant as a comp, but that didn't even cover a basic breakfast for two the next day. Went back for breakfast after listening to the sales pitch - we got there at 11:04am and we're told we could no longer get breakfast because it's stops at 11:00am. Not the type of service I have come to expect from a Wyndham property. As things currently stand, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. This is our third night and we just realized where the noise was coming from. It's Friday so extra loud. My earbuds are in and I can still hear it. I called and asked to be moved somewhere else in the hotel and was told to call for a supervisor first thing in the morning. I will update my score if they can make it better.

Perfect interior setup!! Beautiful views of Gulf and bay with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Only negative is the noise level due to the causeway on the balcony…. Something that can’t be fixed…. Still thank God for his beauty!!!

Wow!! Emerald Grande was an amazing stay. From the front entrance, bellman, hotel staff, housekeeping, doormen, guests. Everyone was very attentive, kind, polite, professional and good spirited. SPECIAL shoutout to: JAMIE.. I love you! And STACEY.. My girl. You kept an eye on us. That says it all right there. We were in great hands! Emerald handle all of our needs. Heaven on earth. We didn't even have to leave the property for anything. It's all right there. Thank you Emerald. See you in 2025. Highly recommend!! ;) .. The Banks

Stayed in the new sunset addition. It was beautiful, clean and spacious with a great balcony to watch the boats go by. Enjoyed the free boat shuttle to the beach. Had all you needed: towels, chairs, umbrellas and helpful guys with drills to set up your umbrella. The Harbor was nice to shop or get a drink or key lime pie to close your day. The pool was nice but they could use more than one with the amount of guests it has to accommodate. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
