Run down, poorly maintained, terrible service and arrogant owner. Need I say more? The ACs were not working, the flush was not working, they won’t provide room service, they won’t even serve tea! When we tried to explain them, they were arrogant enough to say “this is how it will be, we can’t do anything about it”. Why would your spend time and money to go on a vacation and deal with such hostel. Not at all worth it.

1 . Water was leaking from the floor tiles . Restaurant captain is very rude -- at morning I have asked him for 2 biscuits for my one year old baby but he denies and told me that they didn’t had biscuits -- I don’t think that in this 3 star hotel they didn’t had 2 biscuits. Reception staff is good and very supportive. Property is good . But rooms are very teddy as compared to the rent.

Overall rooms where good.we booked 2 glass cottages.Space is Decent,water comes out even if door is closed and AC Remote not working.The management needs to improve these 2 things.Hospitality is Nice they also Arrange poolside dinner for you if you want.The food quality is good and the view is also Nice as the resort is beside the beach.

The property is good. The view from the property is mesmerising. I would not rate the food quality as good. According to me it was average. The fish items were not wow for me. The service was good though we faced little behavioral issue with one of the staff member in the restaurant. They prefer you to order food from their kitchen in case you do not order they behave rudely with you. We gave feedback in the reception but do not care attitude.

The food here is great. Hats off to the kitchen staff. The location is superb. The service was also good. I stayed here with my family in glass cottages; it was a unique experience.

rooms are ok
some need to add things like ....
on side of swimming pool tree plantation needed
also in bathroom curtain is needed for small window which has fixed tinted glass due to which all bathroom become very hot in afternoon

Worst experience I have ever had, Staff is very rude, they are not even listen to us, they only do what is easy for them. Hotel manager is rude so the behaviour pecolate to down staff. Water and even every single thing is chargeable, rarely I see this in any hotels.
