Terrible shift Supervisor, unfriendly welcome and waiting along time to be checked in. Unprofessional, had an attitude apparently I offended her by being friendly, how ridiculous. Out of date PAT Testing, expected more from this hotel.chain

Clean, tidy, good staff and comfortable rooms. The beds were comfortable and had good access to charging points. Good parking. Not the prettiest area but a nice walk along the canal to town. The reception staff were helpful with getting taxis. The rooms were large enough to share comfortably with my daughter.

Worst night sleep room was boiling no heating on window open all night was insufferable toilet would not flush kettle was full of limescale not useable the kettle was same in 2 rooms and slamming of doors from 10pm through out the early hours

Management and cleaners n helped us with doors. The bathrooms were well kitted for disabled patrons.

Stayed for a wedding. The night before the wedding there was an obscene amount of noise in the room above us all night long. Very disruptive sleep! Manager at reception was extremely unhelpful at storing our bags so hate to pay for a late check out, which was extremely inconvenient for me and my disabled mother. Find somewhere more accommodating to stay. Also the drains in the room really smelled.

The staff were kind and welcoming to me and my friend. They made sure that we knew where all the food places were with extremely good recommendations. Rapika who checked us in on the 13/04 she was very welcoming and made us feel very happy to be staying. The morning of 14/04 hotel manager Amber was very polite and a joy to talk to she helped us out with spare things for our room I would happily stay again well done to the staff of travelodge Devizes 5 star review very deserved.

The staff here at Devizes hotel are so friendly and hardworking I’ve been staying here for awhile for work purposes and they go above and beyond for you, rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is clean, would like to thank amber the manager and all the staff.

Second time we’ve stayed here recently and rooms were clean and staff friendly. Several local places for reasonable snacks (kebab van ). Only issue is the poor access to the WiFi although front desk team happy to sort it out. **************
