The hotel room I got was similar to the photos and very neat and clean. Limited quantity of breakfast choices in the buffet but the staff were really friendly. Outside food (food panda) wasn't allowed in the hotel. I think that was a let down for me. Overall a good hotel for the money.

The location is perfect, quite a quiet area. Everything nearby, walking distance to all embassy and Gulshan 2 also can take rickshaw cost 50 taka. All the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to the manager who helped me with the car . He asked the driver to take me to the airport in the morning when i was unable to get Uber or Taxi. The room was very clean and big, and have 24-hour security guards. Very smooth check-in, also they printed some documents for me on requests, very helpful staff. The only suggestion is to have English breakfast for those who don't have heavy continental breakfast. Always great service, I have stayed there the last few times when I visited Dhaka

Good & everything was fine. worth the cost but if there would a rooftop pool that would be pleasure.

The room and infrastructure were decent, but the check-out front desk provided a masterclass in deliberate troublemaking. Despite booking for one person, we checked in as two. The front desk happily took our IDs and checked us in without a peep. But the next day, a different front desk clerk, evidently lacking any understanding of the situation, decided to inform us that an extra person would cost an additional 10 US dollars. Bravo! Such logic could only come from a true genius. Naturally, I was livid and had a heated argument with them. Their service attitude was stellar—extremely poor and unprofessional. If they intended to charge extra, why not inform us during check-in instead of springing this delightful surprise at check-out? Clearly, they’re connoisseurs of the fine art of annoying guests. I had initially thought well of the hotel, but thanks to this delightful front desk experience, all those positive feelings have been thoroughly obliterated. Rest assured, this hotel is now on my blacklist. I will make it my mission to advise my friends against staying here in the future. What a gem of an establishment—truly heartwarming and utterly revolting!

The best thing is that the hotel is very reasonably priced. The included vegetarian breakfast was surprisingly decent. Other than that, the hotel was quite a letdown. The worst part is that they charged me $10 USD extra/day when I had a friend stay over. The room sleeps 2 and I didn't want the breakfast and I wasn't sure if my friend was going to be over. Booking it for 2 people costs $3 extra which I assumed it was for the breakfast. Instead, they told me they would charge me $12/day and cut me a deal for $10 and then later said would give me a discount for $8/day but still charged me $10/day in the end and the hotel was only $20usd/night to begin with. The hotel wasn't very busy so they turned the hot water off to save money. You can tell them to turn the hot water on, but after 45 minutes it was still cool. Only 1 of the 5 days was I able to have a warm shower. The shower didn't have a curtain/door and when you took a shower the water sprayed out into the floor and it was always a mess after taking a shower. I only got the toothpaste for the first day and ran out. The condition of the room was also quite dingy. Holes in the bed backboard, cracks in the mirrors, poorly spackled walls and dirty window. Location wise, it was alright. It's off the main street so it was not too loud. Lots of shops that catered to locals nearby. I thought it would be walkable to Gulshan, but it's not near the good spots in Gulshan. Most tourists spots were not within walkable distance.

Friendly staff. Good comfortable stay. Morning breakfast was good.

先説結論-性價比極高，下次出差還來！ 從Uttara搬到這邊體驗一下孟加拉富人區Gulshan的生活。 這裏交通非常方便，出門右轉就是各國駐孟加拉國大使館的集中地（中國館也在這邊）/人力車5-10分鐘就可以Gulshan區的中心-此行見到的唯一一個有紅綠燈的地方。 作為商務出差，200元出頭，三星級標準，可以説高性價比了。服務人員非常專業，每個人見到我都會微笑着對我打招呼。有一天沒去吃早餐，早餐截止時間過了十幾分鍾，前台來給我打電話問我是不是還沒有吃早飯，如果有需要可以現在下樓來吃。 我睡覺沉，這家隔音對我來説，可以接受。不能説完全隔音哈，睡眠輕的建議還是出門右轉選擇五星級。沒辦法啦，在這個國家，凡是在馬路上移動的物體，有喇叭的喇叭響，沒喇叭的嘴巴響，外加每天定時五次的幾乎全城範圍進行的清真寺禱告喇叭聲。完全隔音，很難的啦！ 最後一點，幾乎沒有蚊子！住了四晚，衹在廁所見過一衹蚊子。淚目！這家酒店真的有在認真滅蚊。

空港から20分程（道路状況によります）、片道空港送迎あり、朝食付き、部屋の広さや清潔さを考えるとかなりコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。 何よりもスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、滞在中とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 朝食もとても美味しかったです。 また次回ダッカに来る事があれば、必ずここに泊まりたいと思います！
