Purr hotel smell kar raha tha, baht unhygienic hotel hi, na garam pani diya, na he shower chail raha tha, bucket use karne mein bhi gin a raha tha, auro change 750 kiya, room mein to paidal chail he nhi sakte ho, towel mag a to mu latak gaya tha, room mein khud la. Very dirty and conjusted room, washroom was treble. Even drinking water was not available. Hotel is located at road side so the traffic sound can disturbed you.

Instead of calling one day early that we will check in at 10 pm after arrival of our train, they refused to give us room that we already paid. And they take another 30 to 40 min to say can't help us to get a room. With family i had to suffer till 12 in the night to get a horrible room at other hotel because no room was available at night time. We suffered a lot. Very disappointed.

The room which was shown in app and in physical inspection both are different. The hotel people gave a single room that was very very bad not worth-able 600rs it is worth-able only 100rs
