Dear owner, you have made a very good and interesting investment for the area where it is located, but be careful! 1) The prices of the restaurant are very high, higher than in the most expensive restaurants in Ibiza, Mykonos, but the service was scandalous for the standard you claim! a tired waiter for 12 tables who didn't know where to go first, didn't bring us napkins, the salad was not washed with sand! We looked for an Albanian wine and there was none, how is it possible to invest in preserving the local tradition, there is no Albanian wine! we asked for an Italian wine and he brought us a more expensive wine than what we asked for! so we advise that the high prices are accompanied by a good service and quality!

This hotel is hidden gems in Albania . Unique room and the beautiful view with fresh air. However my experience at the breakfast restaurant less than ideal . the presence of flies made the dining experience bit uncomfortable. I would still recommend this hotel for its many great qualities, but I’d advise the management to focus on pest control to improve the overall guest experience.

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in almost every aspect. First, despite having a reservation, we had to wait over an hour to be seated. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no clear communication about the delay. Once seated, the service was extremely slow and inattentive. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water and utensils. The food, when it finally arrived, was underwhelming. Some dishes were cold, others overcooked, and none of it matched the high prices on the menu. The atmosphere was also lacking. It was loud and uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. It needs major improvements in both service and food quality.

We stayed for 4 nights and yes, the view is amazing but everything else about this place is a let down. The service is poor, with the majority of the staff not attentive in any way. Similar to other reviews, the price you pay does not match a luxurious hotel. We had no information provided to us at all about what the hotel has to offer, no hot water for 2 days, meals had to be followed up on, we called for some glasses to come to the room and couldn't because they were busy and that set the tone that it felt like everything was an effort for them. I could go on, but will stop here! The price you pay does match the quality. I usually do not write reviews for hotels, but I felt obliged to warn others. The hotel seems more concerned about their social media following than guests and patrons.  Unfortunately I don't think my review will be acknowledged by the hotel (as they didn't ask at check-out if we enjoyed our stay), but I am hoping this will set expectations for anyone considering to stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights in August . There was a complete lack of customer service and this is not a full service hotel . We tried to get a cold drink during the day but were told the staff do not work then ! The hotel pool is used by staff members and their families during the day . The security for clients was zero . Anyone has access to the hotel compound including the constant stream of people wanting to take photos of themselves for Instagram .

The service was bad and not serious. One of the main courses didn’t came at all. We asked for it three times. They also are in a rush to take your plates so fast, asking several times if you finished. It was very irritating. Plates are overpriced for the quality they offer. It was a big disappointment!!!

We've never encountered a more unprofessional & unwelcoming hotel We felt so uncomfortable here. The staff despised the guests & catered to dinner guests. We were given room with no air con and kids given a room next to trash and a construction site. We moved rooms, had no view and they fought us about charging us the new rate. Manger finally agreed to give us a small portion back. We made reservation the first night at rest at check in but were turned away for dinner?! It unclear where to park and men in golf carts were irritable and mean.

O hotel em si é espetacular, situado numa encosta e com vistas maravilhosas. Sobra beleza e falta boa gestão e bom serviço ao hóspede. As pessoas que lá trabalham são gentis e dispostas a atender bem, mas são muito poucos a trabalhar para a quantidade de hóspedes e pela extensão do hotel. Entre o ponto mais alto ( onde meu filho se hospedou com a esposa e filha) e o ponto mais baixo (onde se hospedou um casal de amigos) são aproximadamente 250 metros de distância, com muitas escadas e rampas. Eu fiquei perto da recepção, que por sinal não funciona 24 h/dia. Um hotel desta categoria, com projeto arquitetônico arrojado, enxoval e amenities de primeira qualidade, muitas escadas (como eu já disse), valor de diárias bastante acima do mercado local, não tem serviço de quarto! Isso mesmo! Eu mesma tive que subir as escadas e levar um balde (sem gelo) com cervejas para meu filho, pois a bebê estava dormindo e eles não poderiam sair do quarto. No restaurante, com o hotel lotado, apenas duas pessoas para atender e somente uma falava inglês. A moça até tentava ser gentil, mas não dava conta de tantos pedidos. Cardápio muito resumido e com preços bastante inflados. Ao chegar ao meu quarto, a TV estava desligada da parede. Ao tentar ligar, vi que havia apenas duas tomadas em um grande parede e havia, além da TV, mais três aparelhos para serem ligados: frigobar, maquina de café e chaleira. Ou seja, erro de projeto elétrico. Chaleira e máquina de café ficaram desconectadas da tomada. Faltou água quente no meu banheiro e só foi resolvido no dia seguinte, após o café da manhã. De fato notamos que em todas as cidades que passamos na Albânia falta energia constantemente por curtos períodos. O hotel disse que a falta de energia havia desligado um dos equipamentos que levaria água quente ao nosso quarto. Mas só notaram quando eu avisei que estava sem água quente. Estávamos em um grupo de cinco casais. Um dos casais ficou em um quarto que estava ainda em fase final de construção, sem as janelas externas de madeira. Resultado: acordaram com o amanhecer do dia. Outro ponto a ser repensado pelo gestor é a precificação de diárias. Como disse, éramos cinco casais. E tivemos quartos bastante diferentes em termos de localização, tamanho e conforto, mas pagando o mesmo (alto) valor. Resumo da avaliação: o hotel tem potencial para ser o melhor da região, mas falta administração eficiente, gerência correta de recursos humanos e aquele toque de charme que diferencia um bom hotel de um excelente hotel. Sugestão: associação a uma rede de hotéis de luxo ou contratar um especialista em implantação e recomeçar do zero.

Die Unterkunft war nicht fertig, war nicht sauber, aber zum vollen Preis vermietet. Personal war inkompetent und schlecht oder überhaupt nicht geschult. Am Pool gibt es keine Dusche und auf die Handtücher musste man verlangen und warten…. Das alles entspricht beim weitem nicht dem verlangten Preis!
