We loved the time we had at Hideaway Beach Resort, everyone was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make us happy. We absolutely recommend this place !!! Very good, i want to travel here next time. But the cost is a little high. But i want to say all people are nice guys. Next time i will travel another island, and see some different view. I love Maldives, thank you for giving me such nice experience.

We visited this resort and it is a tragedy.I will share a few of our unpleasant experiences. 1 There are a lot of mosquitoes all over the resort all the time. 2 the all inclusive package is not real all inclusive as they charged us for drinks and food, there is a time limit for using it. Which is completely insane and they didn't write it anywhere. 3 The beach is artificially filled and the stones and soil are visible. The food offered is mediocre. 4 We had a free excursion which they could not fulfill for 17 nights. 5 In front of the main beach bar there are constantly arriving boats and yachts which are in close proximity to the diving area and it is very unpleasant. 6 When ordering food, they were executed extremely slowly, there were days when there were only us and yet they delayed our order for more than an hour. 7 The alleys are extremely poorly lit and it is unpleasant to walk around in the evening. 8 The staff tended to pay attention only to the guests from the most expensive villas, for all the others were ignored. 9 No entertainment or attractions are offered. Everything is only in pictures and they are not really organized.

The views are amazing! It’s very peaceful, relaxing and scenic. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Our butler Yasmine was incredible we had a warm welcome for our honeymoon with a beautiful bed display and complimentary treats. Would highly recommend couples to come for their honeymoon.

We stayed at the Hideaway over the 2024 Easter holiday. We can honestly say that it is by far the best experience at a resort we have ever had. This was our first trip to the Maldives and it didn't disappoint. The choice of resorts is of course mind boggling. To help us with this we went through an agent (Destinology). Obviously you pay for the privilege but this decision paid back several fold following some wrinkles in the trip. Keith at Desitinology was fantastic and extremely supportive both before and during our stay. We narrowed down our options pretty quick on the basis that we had younger children (5 and 7 at the time) and we wanted an excellent house reef very close to the beach. This left us with only a few options and the extra privacy and space that comes with this being a larger island swung the decision pretty quickly. We decided to opt for the White Platinum package which really is a must unless you routinely spend $100s of dollars for every meal (which we don't!). The package is extremely comprehensive and more than catered for our needs, we never felt like we were missing out on anything, We stayed for 10 nights, and wanted to split our stay 50/50 between a beach villa and water villa. Because we wanted to be close to the reef for snorkelling we booked a sunset beach villa (no pool) followed by a water villa (which in terms of room quality would be an improvement towards the end of the trip. Our butler was Suci, needless to say she was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for her to be anymore attentive. The trip itself didn't get off to the best start. Our flight over was a nightmare meaning (Our LHR departure was delayed and we missed a connection in Dubai meaning we arrived at the island about 9 hours later than planned). This was a really downer because it meant we missed our seaplane transfer. However, Keith / the resort quickly organised alternatives (domestic flight and speedboat). When we arrived we were greeted by our butler Suci (who for the record was absolutely fantastic throughout the stay and went above and beyond several times throughout the stay. We were taken to the water villa for the first part of our stay, this wasn't what we requested, Suci set to sorting that straight away. By the end of the next day the resort had offered us a double room upgrade for the second half of the trip to a Sunset Beach Villa with pool some of the best rooms on the island (in our opinion) as much for the proximity to the house reef (literally 10 feet of the beach) as the room (which was also amazing. This was the last thing to go wrong on the trip and it was rectified almost immediately. We were very happy with how the resort dealt with it. Rooms: The water Villas were amazing. We were greeted with welcome drinks / decorations / platter. The room itself was extremely well appointed, very clean. Perfect really.
