Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

From check in to check out our experience at Neptune palm was flawless. Friendliest hotel staff I have ever come across, get used to hearing Jambo a lot, every single member of staff will greet you every time they see you. The rooms are amazing, they are like houses split into 4 rooms, each with 4 poster bed, balcony with day bed and chairs and a large bathroom. The gardens are immaculately kept and have a group of Sykes monkeys that are always playing, but they will try to get in your room, always keep the balcony door shut. during our stay the thatched roofs were being maintained and replaced as well. We paid the extra for the palm and it was worth every penny, you have access to the other Neptune hotels but their guests don't have access to the palm which makes it convenient and peaceful. The buffet restaurant was excellent with great service, different themes each night but always Indian and Kenyan options available. The drinks menus were also better than the other 2 hotels as well. The 2 a la cartes were excellent but the portions were so big we couldn't finish everything. Didn't eat in the seafood restaurant so I can't comment on that. The spa is comfortably the best value hotel spa we have used, we ended up going back 3 times each. The only possible slight drawback is the amount of sellers on the beach and occasionally in the Neptune village hotel but none were pushy, all were friendly and you just have to say no and be polite. This is all of coastal Kenya though and not a fault of the hotel. All in all a fantastic holiday and we didn't want to leave.

What a holiday! This was our best holiday I have ever had. The staff were fantastic friendly and could not do enough for us. The gardener Shaban was so thoughtful and gave me flowers in a coconut daily which was fantastic, a great person. Our cleaner Mercy was great and could not fault the service she gave. The food was great and in two weeks there was always something differ ent. The only complaint was the wi fi was not good especially in the room, also the tv did not connect to any channels. Although I did not complain as really I didn’t go on holiday to watch tv. I also loved the monkeys watching them and there lives among them selfs.I cannot praise this hotel enough so well done to all the team. I would return again.

This resort is quite beautiful with an absolutely stunning beach. The food was incredible. I’m not much of a buffet person but the choices were numerous and the food quality excellent. The difference maker at this resort compared to many others is most definitely the people. These hard working Kenyans are polite, friendly and extremely attentive. We appreciated their friendly smiles and very positive attitudes. In summary, the resort is top notch and the people were exquisite. We had a glorious time.

As a Travel Agency , and a couple in a Holiday, we recomend 10000 % this Resort , especialy for the kindness, the GOOD wellcoming and the WARM of ALL the people working there. We have NO complaints of this MAGIC 3 hotels ( Free acces if you book at the PALM ! ) WE hope that, in the future, The Neptune Palm will become an Adults Only hotel to REALLY make The Difference P. The hotel is absolutely lovely and very clean the staff cannot do enough for you, the grounds are kept immaculate. The food was really nice with lots of choice drinks were also good. Literally all the staff were friendly and polite special thanks to Brian, Collins,Phillip , Walter, Fenta,Mercy Leah just to name a few but you were all amazing thanks for the memories

Good solid four star property. Quiet and pleasant for a few post safari days rest. Nice restaurant, great drinks at the bar. Beach truly beautiful. Gardens well maintained. But : Not much happening, no gym, life music only on one night in the whole week. On other nights during the dinner we had to listen to loud conversations of other guests ( one group in particular stood out) What else, rooms are good but bathrooms outdated. Tv didn’t work, air conditioning stopped working but it was repaired after we reported it. The standard in 4,5 star Palm Neptune is definitely better than in the other 4 star Neptune next door and worth the additional cost. The best part of the resort are monkeys. So thank you very much monkeys for entertaining us! I am so glad that they were around looking for trouble. But seriously observing them was so delightful. Overall we had a very good stay. But also I expected a bit higher standard from Neptune. Good value though.
