Southern Palms Beach Resort

Trevligt hotell. Bra matval. Personalen var hjälpsam och hade bra kundservice. Nattetid underhållning var mycket roligt. Skulle rekommendera detta hotell till alla som är intresserade av att ha det bra.

Vi fick ett lägre betyg än vi hade betalat för och han skulle flytta två gånger innan vi fick det rätta. De var medvetna om att detta hade hänt men berättade inte för oss förrän vi klagade. Maten är bra, men om du inte gillar det indiska köket kommer dina val att vara begränsade. Vin på all inclusive är dåligt. personalen är lysande, ledningen inte så mycket. Irriterande att man inte kan gå en promenad på stranden utan att bli översvämmad av strandförsäljare.

Diane beach är en pärla. Lokalbefolkningen är extremt vänliga. Poolen är stor och mycket tillmötesgående, alltid ren också. Buffén var bra, menyn ändras dagligen. Mycket vänlig personal, rolig nattunderhållning. Att snorkla på den öppna stranden var min höjdpunkt 🏝🌴

Underbart hotell - bra läge och även faciliteterna är fantastiska. Det enda problemet är när hotellet är fullt - det finns inte tillräckligt med strandhanddukar. det hjälper inte att de flesta tar mer än förväntat dvs 3/4 mer per person istället för en per person. Vi var tvungna att vänta hela dagen för att få en ren handduk. (att tala med andra gäster - de hämtade sina handdukar kl. 07.30 eller kvällen innan...). Skulle rekommendera att ledningen tar in ett KORT-system för strandhanddukar så att alla får lika tilldelning (när det inte är fullt kan du återgå till det nuvarande systemet.) Gästrelationer (Marcia) är fantastiska och rekommenderar att du pratar med henne om allt lokalt. Hon kan ge dig råd och hjälpa dig när det är möjligt. det största positiva är MAT - det var fantastiskt och det färskaste av matlagningen sågs synligt. baren var snabb att svara på drinkbeställningar. Det enda problemet är mängden pappersarbete de behöver eftersom de flesta gäster är på All-inclusive men det begärdes att rumsnumret skulle ges varje gång du beställde en drink. Kanske kan ledningen se över detta? låt personalen se BANDEN för att bestämma vilka behov matbeställningar eller inte

優點：沙灘不錯 缺點： 1.吵，非常吵！！！酒店在入住時未提醒我們入住時間段晚上有party ，半夜DJ喊麥喊得心臟疼，測了分貝已經到了噪音級別，多次和酒店聯繫換房間，都沒有得到迴應，最後才派了一個服務員來説可以換個房間，去了一看還是很吵，衹能忍到party 結束。第二天才八點，又是印度人婚禮的噪音！！！ 2.服務很差。由於第一天晚上太吵沒有休息好，第二天發熱請酒店找個温度計，或者派人去買我們來付費，酒店草草迴應可以找一下，但到我們退房都沒有通知我們到底有沒有温度計，而且叫其他服務也都回應很慢 3.吃的不行，酒店自助餐基本都是印度菜，各種咖喱和泥，非常鹹，不知道是不是因為酒店一多半客人都是印度人 4.房間設施老舊，床品很舊，看起來也不是很乾凈

This hotel has the most amazing food and staff! Indian vegetarian plus no onion and garlic food also available , fully cater for the Indians , and not forgetting a vast range on European, continental Chinese, Italian , they have it all!! We were on half board although all inclusive looked good with lots of extra snacks and food included ! Rooms are a little dated , but how Much time do you spend in them anyway ? If you don’t like noise , ask for a room away from where the entertainment is every night , it can get loud! Also be wary of any weddings that might be happening as this can take over the resort and it’s not a problem but you might not get any peace and quiet. Also as we found out from another couple they paid for a beach view and there was a party on the beachfront so they didn’t really get the view all the time ! Beach is beautiful! There’s beach boys selling stuff , remember to haggle. There is also some girls on the beach from a hut a bit further along the beach on the left who do the most amazing massages and cheap! You can hear the waves !That’s if you don’t want to use the resort facilities. All in all a great resort with lots of options! Even though we had a few niggles it didn’t spoil the beach time we so desperate craved ! Although not quite what we thought, we would def return for the food and the beach !

We were at this Hotel on an All Inclusive package in December and loved every minute of it! Lovely hotel, amazing staff and service, facilities were beautiful. Clean beach and pools. Food and drinks spoilt for choices. Best was poolside pizza and masala chips!

The Italian rooftop was the best dinner we had at our stay. Served by Kelvin Zoka, excellent hospitality. I would eat here again!! From the moment we walked into the restaurant to the moment we left, they treated us so well. The food was made with great delicacy

The hotel was perfect. We upgraded to an ocean view deluxe and it was well worth the money. The food is delicious, but most important, the staff are amazing! They smile all day! Are courteous and friendly. I cannot fault any of them. A stark contrast to our arrival back at Heathrow!!!!! Especial mention to the animation team…DJ Patel was fab, as was Rama, Monica, Lina and Daudi - who worked tirelessly day to night! Thanks too to the amazing staff at the beach snack bar, Emelda and Elphus were run off their feet, but fabulous x
