Our stay at Villa Serenity was pure perfection. Nestled in the breathtaking hills of Hatton with stunning views of Castlereagh Reservoir, this luxurious retreat offers impeccable service, curated excursions, and world-class dining. From guided tea estate tours and scenic boat rides to indulgent gourmet meals, every experience was thoughtfully crafted. The elegant suites, pool room, gym, and steam room added to the comfort and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. A true sanctuary of luxury and tranquility Villa Serenity is an unforgettable escape!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kindest and most attentive gentlemen, Mr. Dep, Andrew, and Asanka, whose hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The breathtaking views, the delicious food, and the beautiful surroundings created a perfect escape. The villa is surrounded by lush green tea fields, and our room offered a stunning view of a large lake, where we saw the sun rise each morning. We enjoyed a peaceful breakfast on the sun terrace, even watching a majestic eagle fly above us. Even though we had to leave one night at 1 a.m. to climb Adam’s Peak, we have received freshly prepared breakfast and tea to take with us. The gentlemen went out of their way to make our stay magical and they definitely succeeded. Thank you so much to Mr. Dep, Andrew, and Asanka for making our stay truly magical. We will definitely return to Villa Serenity and will highly recommend this beautiful, relaxing retreat to our friends and family.

Our family recently stayed at Villa Serenity by JAT, including kids, and it was an absolutely delightful experience for everyone. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of cuisines from authentic Sri Lankan dishes to snacks and Western favorites – every meal was a treat for both adults and kids alike. The views were breathtaking, with every room offering stunning sights of the reservoir. The lovely seating areas, spacious balconies, and waterfront access created a peaceful and relaxing environment for us all to enjoy. The décor throughout the property was tastefully done, adding to its charm and comfort. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it seamless with their attentive, friendly, and accommodating service. They were always ready to assist and made our family feel completely at home. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and safe, which was a huge plus for us. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other properties in the area, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a luxurious escape at an affordable rate, and it catered perfectly to both the adults’ desire for relaxation and the kids’ need for fun and space. Villa Serenity by JAT is a fantastic choice for families looking for a serene and well-rounded getaway. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a wonderful place to relax and enjoy with your family. Very calm with a magnificent view of Castlereigh Reservoir. We stayed at Eaden Resort, which is more than sufficient for two adults and two kids (it has two king-size beds). The food was delicious and served right on time. Villa Manager Mr. Anton was very helpful and provided us with all the facilities we required. Castlereigh Dam is just a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, and it also has a nice pool table. I highly recommend this place for travel.

Villa Serenity is best described by its serenity and stays true to its name. Facing the panoramic view of the tranquil Castlereagh Reservoir, the villa offers an unforgettable experience that second to none. Living area feels so much alive with the painting The Carpet Merchant by Jean-Léon Gérôme and Alexa playing relaxing music in the background. Rooms are spacious and bear their own theme. The breathtaking view of the lake, birds flying over it to their rhythm and the silent row boat crossing the lake was at a glance when having a shower under the rain shower in the bathroom thanks to the glass door. From the balcony, the view of the lake and the villa's garden brings peace to the mind. The butler Rangana is not too shy to break the ice first and with his charm, makes us feel like we're in a friend's house. Food were delicious thanks to chef Christine's skills. Vinod responded fast whenever we needed assistance to worry less and enjoy our vacation. The experience was absolutely luxurious and it's not wrong if we said we'd want to come back.
